  • God if I ever got to see her live, I'd probably die right there in the audience. It'd be worth it though just to hear her and see her in person...

  • origa...no words are good enough to describe her amazing voice

  • I noticed that It's hard to discribe her voice ..... it's just.... more then wow and beautiful <3

  • I've knew a beautifull Russian girl, trough this song I remember her and I remember all my instants with. In the end of the song I fell the love is like a killer.

  • I wonder if she knows that she has this big a following in the U.S.A..

  • strange how she is singing this in Japan young Komsomol fought and died fighting the Japanese before the Great Patriotic War this song is about a young Komsomol leaving his home music by Lev Knipper, words by Niktor Gusev this was most sung during THE Great Patriotic War think of young Red Army Troops leaving their home knowing they will never come back to die driving the invaders from Mother Russia
  • processed processed processed

    soft

    mushy

    fuzzy

not one hard real edge in the whole vidio

  • The song has been used in 3 Japanese entertainment works: Anatadake Mienai (1992), Aono Jidai (1998), and Wolf's rain (2003) I've watched all of them precisely because of the song, not because the works fit my taste. I DO love the song, even though I have no idea of the words, not at all.

  • @123456789098782 Field, My Field, My Wide Field,The heroes rode over the field, Heroes of the past(Chorus)

1st sectionThe wind scatters your brave Songs, across the green field.Songs of the past, leaving them alone with your glory, And right at the end a dusty road.

    chorus

2nd Field my Field, Has seen so much misfortune. It was drenched in blood, blood of the past.

    Chorus

1st section with the word scattered replaced by the word disperse

ending is a combination of section 2 and chorus

  • May I ask, to anyone who has knowledge of this song, why are these lyrics different to other versions I've heard? (ie. red army choir version)

  • @yukihir0

maybe she wanted to leave out the political message? the original lyrics tell about red army soldier

  • @yukihir0

Red army choir sings as brave young soldiers (cossaks) going to war (dont cry girls, we are ready to fight and win, our horses are fast, our swords are sharp et cetera)

    Its mens, pro-war version.

    .

Origa sings as crying girl with sadness about killed soldiers and how mach blood was rained to the field and wind blowed their brave songs, but leave only their glory. Its women's version.

  • this is goddess

  • She sings to me like the echo of my soul sent out to her and then coming back to me again.

  • Thanks for bringing this to us

  • @greenthai1130

    No problem! Enjoy ;)

  • i can see this song playing in the memory flashback scene of an anime.

  • @TheLastHylianTitan Battle of Lake Khasan, that was a good fight, where russians fougth with facists.

    long live russia!!

  • The section starting at 0:21 actually gave me shivers. <3 Gorgeous.

  • oh Origa, your voice is the sweetest thing to my ears

  • this is amazing....

  • Russian accent is beautful.

  • Poljoshko pole (with O - not A)

  • the best Russian song and also good voice.

  • love this...why she cant touring all over the world...?

  • Ah, wish she would come to Russia :( More live videos please, is this the only one on youtube?

  • @JustAnotherGuy66 - She's been there many times =)

  • Guess so, still I've never seen her giving shows in Saint-Petersburg

  • But we have the good fortune to listen plywood in the performance of Filia and Alla! We are happy people, we do not need anything more!

  • if she comes to the states i'm getting tickets no matter what state she's in!

  • she was grew up in siberia, while working in siberia she had a debut in the mid 1990s in japan. after releasing some good discs and nice concerts in japan, she left her home for italy to study the italian singing methods.. i wonder where she's now.. where she's going next..

  • @ayanuhito - she live in Japan and married with iranian guy as I know =)

  • oh, what a life! russaian-iranian mixed family in japan!?

it must be a very complex and culturally rich family.

actually there're so many russians and iranians living

in japan, and they marry to japanese. but i'd never heard the case.. russian and iranian.. in japan..

how did they met each other??!

  • The best Russian Singer

  • @Nikolaroot Yes she is. What's your favourite song of hers? =)

  • @Nikolaroot Almost the best Russian singer

Vitas is the best Russian singer

  • @Nikolaroot

    Look russian singer Pelagea (Пелагея)!

  • @Nikolaroot look and listen as he sings the Russian singer Pelageya (Пелагея)!

  • she has a beautiful voice:) i love origa!

  • She does some of the music on Ghost in the Shell, she is amasing!

  • This song is amazing! I wish she would come to america...why can't she? She's so beautiful and amazing that the first time I saw her picture I thought she was an angel.

  • And! She is extremely beautiful and down to earth. She's perfect.

  • Screw you russkidancer. You obviously don't know anything about talent. Olga has the most angelic and beautiful voice in this world. Her voice is absolutely amazing and so peaceful and harmonic. I would die to see her live.

  • you understand the text?

    best regards

  • No! In Russia good singers don't have access to the scene...Because russian governent is enemy of russian peoples...That's why in Russia everyone listen old soviet song's-the new generation SUCKS!!!

  • in fact this is much the same what I meant.

in Russia she would never became famous singer, because no one would knew her.

For the first time I heard Origa at mtv - it was trailer to Ghost in the Shell. I'm not a big fan of anime, but I really loved that song and I was very surprised when I find out that Origa is from Russia.

I think it's something strange - get to know about Russian singer from the Japanese anime.

  • no one know her? it's fake. many russians knows Origa

  • I agree that most modern crap sucks asshole, but lol, Russian govt -- an enemy of the people? Nah.

  • what's the bad is that in Russia she would never became famous singer, in Russia just whorish shit in G-strings could find it's public.

    But this song is wonderful=)

  • Go to her official website. Her face is actually adorable and she's just wearing loose clothes. Shes a hottie for sure.

  • ok anyone who says that the dress and hair isnt flattering has never one time sang in front of a crowd. the hair is fine but as a diva or opera star such as ms. origa the loose fitting clothing is to help with the breathing pop stars wear loose clothes in studio but do a great job lip syncing. it takes no talent to be a pop star. the reason why metal Vocalists where loose shirts same concept take deep breath in expel.

  • oh my god its magic

  • This is my first time I watch ms.Origa.

I love this song and I understand Russian language a bit.

  • Glory to the RED ARMY!

  • Beautiful voice, only wish the person would have kept the camera steady!

  • Just beautiful; one of the best vocalist alive today.

  • I agree the TheRaginTiger she has an absolutely amazing voice talent she could definitely make it in the states about the toughest thing for her perhaps would be the image expectancy in America which is by far too high. If in fact she did come over she would find huge success I am sure of it a real voice talent is rare.

  • she's got a cute face but she doesn't look like you're typical American pop star, plus she's 38. Her hair in this video isn't flattering either. She's got an amazing voice and has unusual features. I have the DVD of this concert and she does a wonderful job.

  • Glory to the RED ARMY !!!

  • If this chick comes to North America she would get way more famous.... instead of staying in Japan and having the Japanese composers take credit for her voice.

  • that's true

  • @TheRaginTiger haha, singing in the land where hirohito lived, a friend of hitler, an enemy of russia.

  • @grrisssa

and in Hiroshima they eat Bigmacs now ^^ (where whole city was nuked by McDonalds) so what...

  • old russian song

  • origa needs to come to the USA

  • i think she needs to come everywhere. 0_0

  • this video is disgusting!

but olga's voice is beautiful as usual, thanks.

  • i noticed you wrote "olga" and not "origa". is that the propper author name and should be adressed to buy the cd or are all her works under origa?

  • Olga is her real name. "Origa" is the japanese pronounciation and her pseudonim.

  • awesome song. gratulations from türkiye to origa

  • =)Sorry, but it's polyushkO pole.=)

    she's great=)))

  • Very very beautiful!Olga makes it so smooth and excilent!!She is the best preformer EVER!!

I Love her! This is the most PIECEFUL song I have ever heard!!!

  • Yep it's Russian WW2 song. There are original version (written in 1942) and this one ;)

  • This song throught my soul like a ice dagger.

  • Yes, It is excellent, the best version.

  • excellent

  • Yummy piece of music.

  • These are not the original lyrics. Someone de-politicized and de-militarized them. The original, at least the accepted in the Soviet Union version, mentioned all the branches of the military, Voroshilov (google him), and the enemies.

Supposedly there was the White Army version of it, quite bloodthirsty.

  • Bake younara

  • Bake younara

  • orgazm

  • Respect :)

    this Russian ? :D

  • wow i love her voice! so pretty *u*

  • Origa - beautifully sung, no doubt about it. However, I think the song comes across so much better sung by the voices of many men.

  • MegaSuper voice...Respect :)

  • If you can understand Russian, please try the next song.

This song is composed by Kanno Yoko(Japanese) and

    Sung by Origa.

It was used on Japanese anime song(Ghost in the shell).

I have been fan of Origa when I had heard "Polyushka Polye".

    youtube search↓

Inner Universe (full song) kruzhili nado mnoj

  • originally it is song of Red Army, during Russian Civil War. It is about soldiers, drafted into Red army.

  • Mmm... I see.

When I listened to this song at first time on Japanese TV as program's theme song,

I can't understand Russian however I thought"There is something sad in this music.".

My the most favorite Russian music is this. Because Origa's voice very matches this melody and I can feel Russian culture from the melody of this music(my personal opinion) .

But..if it is not sung by Origa, I might not be a fan like now.

  • /watch?v=CfBeeVKhPHE&feature=related that is original version.

Thing I dont like about Origa cover is that she just changed original words "Red Army heroes" to "Heroes of past time". Thats all. So listers got distorted picture what song really about.

  • I watched original ver.

I can't understand Russian, so I can't tell Origa's ver. from original by hearing. Excuse me. But I could understand that this song was made for Red Army.

If I will be able to have chance to talk with Russian person, I will talk about this topic.

    Thanks.

  • I am Russian. This song really was written for red army and in original version it has other words.

  • she has an amazing voice.. beautiful really

  • whisper version is very good
