  • your suppose to set it down on the gear when you plug it it !!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @hassler100 He's also a fully paid up member of FAGGOTEEN INC. . . . . . .

  • @hassler100 Jeff Martin also rims Niggers rectums.

  • How Long is a Chinese guy !

  • forgot to mention that I have the Airhogs Heli-havoc . nice video on the fly time .

  • Will i blow the motor if i fly it for 8-10 min

  • will i blow the moter if i fly it for 8-10 min?

  • Hello, does anyone know if you can fix the blade mcx's battery, I just got it and the battery went bad after 4 flights please if anyone knows how to do this please COMMENT BACK FAST!!!!!! Thanks!!!

  • @Treddtruck get new lipo battery ,,make sure you never fly it empty ,,when power loses after 5to6 min stop flying,,empty lipos are ruined ,,so never fly it empty all the way

  • this sucks this makes me want to fly mine so bad but i can i broke the controller for the second time and my stabalizer like 2 hours after i got it... and now im stuck with a broken plane..

  • can u plz make a video about RC Air Hogs Jackal as there arnt any good 1s

let me know if u do

  • hes been in the marines all of his life

jackass i would have cameras all over

my property and a fence and a gate if could afford it all stuff happens when your

not at home u should make a movie with

your servalince camera make short videos and and edit them that would be

    cool use the cx3

  • badboyazza2009 said: nice vid dude, but i noticed you have a survaillance camera in the room, why on earth do u need a fully bulk sized camera bolted up? Haha

I think its called a world globe, think of it as a 3D map of "earth" LOL.

  • irony: my laptop battery is about to run out half way through this id...

  • My favorite Mini RC heli is the S107 3ch heli It is the easiesy heli to fly i love it

  • on transmitters that have the timer what would u recommend setting it for? seven mins like u said?

  • im pretty new 2 helis do u think i could handle the blade msr? because i am deciding between that and this 1

  • I'd take this 1. I flew the blade MSR knowing almost nothing about flying RC helicopters. I fly RC airplanes pretty well, so My friend let me take it up for a spin. It was fast! I crashed it. no damage though. The MSR might be a bit too fast for beginners. If you flown and RC heli before, I think you might be able to handle the MSR

  • i am new, too. i am from germany and i got my MCX last friday. THIS ONE is a PERFECT one to start up with a helicopter. and then, when you are better with the mcx you can try the E-Sky Lama v3 or with the Reely Lama 5.1

that aere pretty god starter helicopters. double rotor is perfect to lern to fly with a heli

  • i wonder how long it would go for with the blade msr battery which is 120mah :) probably another minute i guess :)

i love your little experements dave lol :)

  • Music is a bit loud on this one, Dave!

Hey, do you do a video where you explain about batteries? Because I am confused about all of that. I know a lot of people change the stock batteries and put in better ones, so I need educated on this subject.

  • Cool video...what's the reason for having background music though when you're pretty much doing a 'how to' and talking over it?

  • what stunt this hali can do ?

during reversed flight will the tail wag ??

    tahnkz

  • if you put the black upper blades and keep the lower night blades then it will look like a single rotor heli!!!

  • do you like that heli?

  • great vid! i like your den! a place to escape!

  • i just got a blade mcx and its flyin good so far but i ws wonderin if u no y that at full throttle(3/4 and up) on the left stick if u try to turn right it goes the opposite way, do u no y?

  • Left stick pushed to left is supposed to make the nose go left, not the tail. That is the reason you should only ever just watch the nose. Good luck.

  • when u start flying at 1:00-ish , i start flying my blade as well and it stops at about 9:20. so its basically about 8 minutes 20 seconds just like ur little boy blade haha

  • I am looking to buy that heli but before i do, i have one question. Because other indoor heli's i had the first thing that broke was a motor. They jut stopped turning! Does that happen with this one and if it does can you replace it??

By the way nice flying! you are a good pilot!

  • Mine is still flying great . Remember my 5-10 rule. Fly 5 minutes and let motor cool for 10. Ive never burned out a motor using that rule. Thanks for the kudos.

  • tnx for the quick answer!

But could you easely replace a motor if you would want to.

  • Yes, I could.

  • @jeroen9797 mine has done hundreds of flights with no problems, like he said just let it rest between flights.

also getting the DC wall battery charger is a good investment

  • Ive got that same laptop

  • Congratulations Mr. NightFlyyer! Very useful info!!

This is Vitor Isaia from Brazil.

    Regards!

  • Thanks very much, and welcome Brazil

  • that motor must of been blazin in there!

  • very sexy

  • i have this same helicopter and even if i dont crash the lower wing breaks

  • Never saw that happen with mine so far and I even crashed it. WOW. Horizon needs to be told this as that is a mfg flaw then. They may not know it. Better email them.

  • go to your nearest rc heli store or whatever store its called and ask how to fix that and they might be able to fix that lower wing or replace it

  • nice heli (:

  • Thanks. It is sure fun.

  • 4 Channels.

  • Hi! I would like to know your opinion about the Esky Lama V3. Do you think it is a good option for beginers? Thx

  • Yes, I think you will like it. It is a bit harder to fly than this, but still good.

  • were are you get that

  • HobbyTown USA, Sioux Falls, South Dakota

  • When u plug the battery in - MAKE SURE THE HELI IS LEVEL - NOT IN YOUR HAND - put it on the floor and connect the batttery - if it is not level - the gyro will not level itself and it will fly funny

Also make sure you turn the tranmitter on first and wait about 5 - 10 secs before plugging in the batterty to the heli

  • Good point and very true.

  • that was longer than i thought...

  • Thats the way helis are. Just trim it to be a close to hover as you can with the trim levers. It will never be perfect and the wind in the room from a fan or heater or from the heli itself causes turbulence on this flying "kleenex". If you think this is unstable, dont try to fly a real tail rotored model. Good luck.

  • what is your favorite heli you have??

  • My CH46 for indoors and my Blue Ray for outdoor 3d flying.

  • the worst heli?

  • See my video, the worst heli we ever tested.

  • My Blade Mcx Fried a couple of days ago for no reason I was flying then it dropped and started smoking, I don't know what happened Iam waiting for a reply from Horizon Hobby.

I miss the little thing =(

  • Bummer. Let me know.

  • Will do, now I only have my Blade Cx2 left and its too windy outside.

  • well... they said it was "operator error" when I called and I called it a faulty chip because iam always careful about plugging the battery in right. the red dots still matched and it flew for 2 minutes on the same pack without changing packs soooo...... I dont kno ive given up on it, iam gonna get better at fling my planes now my goal is the Exceed F-35 it will be my first edf jet!!!

  • hey dave do you think if i got a dx6i controller could i bind it to my hz mini cub?

  • Yes.

  • ok thanks!

  • Great Vid. Nice to see some useful info. Sondre/ Matis I would recommend a picco as a practice machine. It'll save bashing up an Mcx. But the Mcx is in a different league. The Picco only moves from giroscopic progression. Ie it only goes forwards when turning right and can't go sideways or backwards so gets "stuck" against walls. The Mcx has exactly the same controls as a "proper" Rc heli but is much more stable. I have a Hirobo Ic Sceadu, a Picco and an Mcx. They are all great

  • Thanks kindly. Sounds like your becoming a heli addict too. LOL.

  • Nightflyer do you know the range on the stock transmitter i cant seem to find it in the manual?

  • Well over 1/4 mile, but in 50 feet, the heli can hardly be seen, and if you cant see it, you cant fly it anyway.

  • Lol yes thats true, thanks nightflyer!

  • Great flying! ...How many Blade MCX's do you have?

  • Thanks very kindly. I have 1.

  • HOOK "EM HORNS!

  • cool

  • please make more vids of this heli. I enjoy watching you fly. its always fun

  • Thanks. Stay tuned.

  • i think the same too:)

he is so fucking good at flying:)

and i cant wait to i get a picoo z:)

make more vids man you´re good at it:)

  • if i were you i wouldn't get a picco z but thats just me. They are annoying. if you want a heli that works well and is a good starter get this one. I have bought both the picco z and the reflex and i didn't like them because they had little control. I boght this last thursday and i love it. I have crashed it and no damage its strong. but yeah i think this heli is the better way to go.

  • Be nice if/when, they come out with some other colors, as well as an AC adapter for the charger!? Have one on the way to me now, should be a slice from what I can tell by your vids. Thanks for posting them BTW!

  • Some of my friends have painted theirs. The adapter would be great, but honestly, I am getting months of charges from the included one running alkalines, since the battery is so small. Thanks for your comments.

  • i am geting one of thees hpfuly tomarow and i was wondering would it fly on a cessna 210 centurion batary and if it does how long would it last

  • Great. Well I use my Cessna battery too. It is only 70 mah, so it runs only about 4 minutes, but it does work.

  • Awesome video's Dave, your my inspiration to

flying heli's. LOL. Two weeks ago, I purchased

3 heli's. B400,Blazingstar,Mcx, The Mcx uses my DX6i. I also ordered a F-4 Phantom, once again, thankyou for your video's, I watched every one probably 10 times. LOL. Chicago,Il

  • let me know how the Blazingstar flies. I am looking into a stress free flyer to compliment the B400 that I'm still learning (first heli)

  • Haha. Wow, that is a lot of video watching. I appreciate your comments and hope you have a lot of fun flying those machines. You will be busy.

  • i just got this for Christmas...it's my first heli. very durable...i've crashed it atleast 20 times...and i'm talking hard falling six or seven feet, bouncing off the kitchen table, chair, then to the floor type crashes. lol still flying strong! my dog hates it...he doesn't know what it is and why it keeps hovering around him! haha thanks for all your videos, i'm thinking this is going to be a fun hobby!

  • It is a fun hobby, so stop crashing or it wont. LOL

  • do you know if the controller that comes with the Ready To Fly version is worth having? or should i save up, and buy my own seperate one?

  • The controller that comes with the RTF is fine, but you wont be using it on anything except this. I would get a Spektrum 6i (like in this movie) or 7x and you can fly 20 different airplanes and helicopters with it very easily.

  • I'm trying to get a brushless motored helicopter. Do you know around how much they cost. RCing is a hobby for me and I don't want the brushes to wear out. Great video by the way!

  • Brushless wont wear out fast all right, but there is a lot of Hype around them that a person needs them. Only 4 percent of the people actually manage to learn to hover a heli in a year and would not know the difference. Learn on what is in the heli and if you never break it, then you can worry about mods, is my opinion. Right now, they are not going to mean anything to you. Study my 9 heli flying tips and good luck.

  • Thanks Night Flyer as always your vids are the best Mr. Herbert. I just got this little craft, and the first thing i did when i got home was go to your page and try to find a review of this great little flyer. Thanx again, soft landings!!

  • Thanks very kindly. I hope you enjoy this machine as much as I do.

  • it appears to be really stable.if you put the copter in zero by zero(center of the room)and put the control down how long would it hover?

  • Not that long. The throttle has to be moved continuously to keep the altitude. No helicopter can "park" itself in the air, no matter what gyros, etc there is. That is why it is most difficult for most people to learn. Besides, they turn the nose around and 4 of the 7 controls are now backwards, thus doing them in.

  • lol i understand!thanks!and youve gotta new fan.sirnicholson

  • Thanks much.

  • Hi Dave. I didn't notice the red LED start blinking before you set it down. Did I miss it? It seemed to be glowing continuous red. Also, you started the timer about 15 seconds or so early. You actually lifted off at almost exactly the 1 minute mark in the video. This would put the flight time at almost exactly 8 minutes. Great video. This will probably be my next purchase. Thanks.

  • Yes, it blinks til it binds itself, then turns solid. You will enjoy this one.

  • Hey Nytflyer, im from australia .. i love all ur video of mcx helis... i got a walkera 4-3B and having a problem wid its stability... i wish i both the mcx blade. keep on posting !! have a good day mate

  • Welcome Australia. Yes, just like My "Mini Spark" it is quite a handful and takes lots of time to learn it. Not a beginner's heli. Good luck and don't give up.

  • I'm just loving the reviews Dave great work!

  • Thanks very kindly. Stay tuned, as I have some new ones coming up soon.

  • man i wish i have one of thoes...cuz i am staying in singapore...an its quite hard to find a good heli that is stable...

  • This is quite stable, that is for sure. Thanks.

  • ya i have an alarm and camera as well

  • Good.

  • u have a security camera in your house? O_o

  • Yep and in the garage too. You know, once you get robbed, it makes a person more aware. I will catch the next burger.

  • what did the robber take? your helis i think xD if i were the robber i would take all of ur hellis xD haha

  • Yeah, when I lived in California, he took all the video equipment and my portable VCR and cameras and both my wife's and my jewelry boxes. They took no planes. I felt violated and said, never again when I moved here.

  • can u fly it outside????

  • Yes on very calm days.

  • you could put a mini camera on that thing and have a ball.

  • Yep, but it would really have to be a mini camera, since the MCX only weighs an ounce. My smallest cam weighs 4 ounces and no way would it pick it up. Sounds like fun though.

  • usmc oorah XD

  • Semper Fi. <<<x)))

  • love the flag on the wall, im going into the airforce, my goal is to be a colonel and fly f-22's

  • also ohio state on the tv, man your cool lol

  • Haha. Thanks.

  • Great. Congratulations and I wish you all the best.

  • omg!!that is one fucking stable helicopter...i bought a savation 9 rc heli...could u give me some advice on how to stably hover my helicopter...

  • Practice practice. This one is good. I will send you my 9 heli flying tips for more insight. good luck.

  • i live in sioux falls do they sell these at hobbytown? and how much do they cost?

  • Yes sir. That is where I got mine. Make sure to tell them you saw the video...and you never know what deal you might get. I paid $99 for mine, as I have my own TX. I even flew it last week for the folks at the Carousel Skate. I might bring it tomorrow to the rink again...come on down. 7 to 9.

  • i have been looking at the e-flite honey bee king 2. is that a good 6 channel helli. will it fly inverted and do all of the 3d stunts. thanks and nice vid as always.

  • The King 2 will do all 3d stunts. But the question is can you? Learn on a VW (HB MK3) and if you never crash, then you can get the Porsche. Check out NitroPlanes(.)com or xheli(.)com for more info.

  • nice flying i had a havoc heli until i was flying it in the street and a dump truck hit it aw well thats behind me now Hope 2 see more of your heli videos peaace out

  • Oh no. Those Havocs don't go forward faster than a dump truck for sure. Thanks for your comments and watching my vids.

  • Hi Dave

Im sure this is the helli I saw flying in my local model shop. Nice flyin but I bet you had to go for a beer while this one uploaded. Dont supose you could review the twister cp gold could you? I bought one and added a dx6i. It seems good but I would value your experience as to where it sits in the helli rankings. PS. if you can get to Sheffield UK u can even use mine. =D

  • Hi UK. Sure, next time Im over, Ill let you know. 2 beers actually! Dont know if I will get a Twister, but if I do, you know, I will do it. The 6i is a great radio, no matter what heli you get with it. Thanks for the kind remarks.

  • Awesome video man keep up the great work!!!

  • Haha. You found this video. Thanks much.

  • Hi Dave, I'm happy to see that you got your account fixed. This MCX is an amazing product, thanks for showing it off!

  • Thanks very much. I am glad you liked this.

  • We are glad you're back Shadowman !!!

My battery hits LVC now at 5:30 after 2 cycles up to the LVC so be careful. They're only 12 bucks or so though. Buy two. Reverse flight is fun and no tail blowout... lol

  • Glad to hear that. I use only good batteries in the charger, and the time stays up. I also am, as you saw using my Cessna centurian batteries, and will probably get a couple more of the MCX batteries, as it flies way longer on the 110 too. Thanks for the comments...

  • hi Dave, stable an smooth, well done as usual !

    thx, kind regards from Belgium

  • Thanks very kindly.

  • hi Dave,
