You should get the mod that makes elswwyr, skyrim, valenwood,summerset isles, morrowind, blackmarsh,iv'e combined them all and i have one giant Tamerial,except for hammerfell...none of the hammerfells can go to together with my jumbo of mods

@ProZmarcuroth there is "Elsweyr the Deserts of Anequina", "under sign of te dragon"-this one adds blackmarsh, valenwood, summerset isles, "Valenwood improved"-makes the valenwood of undersign of the dragon much better.

Can you get to the big circle on the map? The one with TES V: Skyrim's logo inside it? I've been trying to get there, but my Acrobatics are low and I can't jump from one roof to another, and I really wanted to see what's in that circle (I've seen it in a video, but is was phone recorded so I could hardly see what was inside the circle)

Go to leyawiin, hop on the Five Claws lodge, hop on the wall, go over, get into torpal bay and swim south. Wayyy south. till you're under a unch of nonexistent land, then head either East or West to get to other provinces.

Unfortunately there is only long distance textures (LOD) + collision info + vegetation. I hope somebody shows (If it's possible on consoles) how to go behind the border from outside, when there should be normal textures instead of LOD textures, just like in this video.

@Taaplari i have done that several times,. the invisible land is there because the makers didn't find it nesesary to make the land outside a city look good. the easiest way to get over the city walls is in anvil

btw just to let you know, its possible to get out of the map in oblivion on xbox and ps3 too. i did it on xbox, all you need is a really high acrobatics skill, the boots of springheel jack help, but go to leyawin if u do, and im sure u can jump from rooftop to rooftop building ur way up until ull eventually get to a roof next to the city walls, if u have a high enough skill you can make it to the wall and if u hav high health u can jump dwn from der to an 'unloaded cyrodil' and head into elswer

Sounds very odd because oblivion.ini gets loaded every time game is started. Can it be that you have this ini file in two different places (some backup version maybe)? Check the location from instructions again.

If you for example type: coe 52 58 there are only textures anymore and if you walk to north you fall from very high. coe 10000 10000 is very far but the is still sea and seafloor, nothing else. Look at your character there by the way.

Once I run as far as about -170, 170 without coe command. There was totally flat field which seemed to be endless. I drop tomato there. It may be hard to find later

To remove borders, you need to change oblivion.ini file.

borders on:

bBorderRegionsEnabled=1

borders off:

bBorderRegionsEnabled=0

tdt only shows location info and such.

Like I said, TDT shows position and height.

there are several ways, some using the permanent enchant glitch, make several fortify acrobatics spells and carry restore magic potions oh yea then there's the paint brush glitch, the easiest place to do it would be bruma its not to hard just jump up onto the wall that surrounds the city then jump into the unknown lol, on my 360 i got past where it says morrowind. Do u kno if its possible to summon multiple things on 360 on the normal version?

I don't know. I never use summoning. I only use bound dagger sometimes to get intelligence bonuses with conjuration skill.

1. Highest place I found so far: 227386,175590. Hight 52662

2. Not very high but nice view and empty campsite with chest (not boss-level): 64160,141835

3. Stick (marker), sack and bottle on top of the mountain. Nice view too: 63830,144901

It's campfire mod. Go to Tes Nexus and search Portable Campsite. It makes map marker, so you can fast travel to your camp. So it doesn't matter if camp is far away outside of Cyrodiil. However you have to see it on map if you want to fast travel there.

Well, I don't know how random landscape generation was originally outside borders, but it's interesting how detailed it is in so faraway places. I have great place where I set my camp. It's in Valenwood right under V-letter. Someone should make mods in those kind of places. Of course there is areas with only surface texture too, as shown in video. Sorry my weak english.
