I can get a replacement joystick off of Amazon.com for 5 bucks, looks just like the original and the reviews are really good. My red N64 controller is the one that needs it the most, although I might get a few extra ones (for when I get more N64 controllers with loose joysticks), as well as one for my jungle-green controller.

@Solidstryker: No don't use WD40 because it's too thin. Instead you should lube the analog stick with ceramic grease which you can purchase at most major bicycle shops. The ceramic grease is rather thick so you won't really have to use much but it will reduce friction which will substantially add to the analog stick's lifespan.
