Hey Sam and Nic,...not pertaining to this video, or really any video in particular,...while I do notice that you both utilize a variety of various foundations, that it seems like you both often return to Chanel, either the Vita- or the Pro- versions. You'll very briefly mention that you like it, but for us non MUA's can you help explain why Chanel is exemplary and qualities (for some of us, that's a major investment!)...but worth gettng if you both rate it in particular so high in quality.

No one is the same color, and I wouldn't listen to much to anyone who thinks they wasted their 'time' on this or any of your other videos. I happen to have dark skin, and I find that ALL your tutorials (even the contouring one) have helped me, all I had to to do was tweak the colors for my own skin color.

I wish the girls at MAC applied makeup more like you girls. Every time I go in there I just cringe when I see how heavy and "done" their make-up looks. does anyone know how to stop dryness around the nose area or does anyone else have that problem too? ive tried vaseline and my normal facial moisturizer just stops it temporarily..but its a problem because when i put on fondation around the nose for redness, it gets even drier and looks bad! ahh lol. /:

@sparkledaisybaby Have you tried Elisabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream Skin Protectant? It's a miracle cream for me. Just put a thick coat on at night before you go to bed. After the first night you'll see improvment, and after three you should be "free" of your problem. Just use it to maintain after that. I use it for every dry area and I honestly don't know how I would survive without it!

@sparkledaisybaby i have the same problem!! what I use is a moisterizer from a-derma, it works reasonably well (or at least better than the other moisterizers ^^) It's the emollient cream for face and body for atopic and very dry skin. Maybe try it out, I don't know if it'll work for you, but i've had a lot less pb since I started using it.

Try olive oil with a few drops of lemon juice. Refreshes the skin, moisturizes it and gives it a beautiful glow. Plus, it's cheap =)

(However, don't use it on the eye area! Hurts when you get it into your eyes ... ^^')

Because of you I had to go to a store to try Chanel Vitalumiere and it felt so good. All my life I've been using the cheapest foundations I could find that would just even out my skintone but oh boy, the vitalumiere felt and looked 500 times better than any of those! Really useful tutorial for me: a 50+ looking to be my best for a summer wedding. Loved the use of powder for brows, n another instead of eyeliner. I'll b trying these.. Best of all is how to use fake lashes.. brill. I'll definately be practising this one. The cheek colour was lovely on you and creme texture is another good call.
