How do we know that the snares are of "illegal size"?

That's just cruel. He doesn't just step on the fox to kill it, just stomps on its ribs.

It's not a quick death and the fox suffers form punctured lungs and massive internal bleeding before dying.

This practice needs to be banned. Illegal snare wire size and then inhumane treatment of the animal. Heavy fines are needed.

If I found a fox or any animal snared, I would free them, no matter if it's against the law too. It's inhumane.

Sadly that is a fact that cannot be changed, but what one can do is treat the other so that each we live moment counts. And when death is to come offer the other a death that is quick and painless and with little stress, as far as one can. Even a fox, coyote, a chicken or a pig, dog or cow deserves respect and kindness. Treat others as you yourself want to be treated.

This cable snare used in this clip is legal. This fox in this clip IS caught by the neck as your "investigative" video clearly shows. The foxes paw however is tangled in the cable which happens infrequently.

Again, I would appreciate the truth in your investigation. I do appreciate your cause, but to advance your cause by misleading the uneducated public by knowingly falsifying facts is despicable.

Some questions: in your opinion, would any level of usefulness to humans be an acceptable one for the killing of animals? Animal testing for disease research, for example?

Would any level of painlessness be sufficient for the killing of animals for human purposes? For instance, if somehow we could certainly know that the animal would feel literally nothing, would that be acceptable?

Okay, so certain trapping methods are illegal and I totally understand why. They are dangerous to domestic animals that may be trapped instead of the intended prey. That said, it is plain from your Youtube page that your goal with these videos is not to raise awareness for the enforcement of rational trapping laws. Your goal is make a case against all trappers by making them synonymous with these jackasses.
