There were at least two different Frank Chacksfield Orchestras used on Ceefax, presumably recorded at different times. One has the close-harmony woodwind and distinctive flugelhorn, another has an accordion and a much larger string section. If you listen to a Chacksfield tape like SOUND OF THE SOUTH or JUMPING JUPITER you'll hear the difference.
Interesting - the third song is a waltz, the other 3 are all Bossa Nova, the catchiest beat ever contrived, thanks to Brasil ! ! ! !
See my playlist.................. Bossa Nova - the Magic Beat
I think you'll be surprised at how this rythm took the world by storm with few of us realising it. Mr . cwilliams - we'll still get to that phone call !
You employ some great music well done so far Mr. Williams!!!!!!!!!
