@Blitzkrieg1981 Yes indeed they do have the flame. I use it as an accent light in my lamp by the TV for night-time TV watching. It gives a very comfortable and warm atmosphere. UPDATE: just checked kuuala.com and they are having a special for the bulbs at $27.99.... don't know how they do it!

The Pharox III or Pharox 60 is now called the Pharox 300. It has been upgraded to a warmer color of 2900k and has a higher light output of 360 lumens compared to its predecessor of 300 or so lumens. This bulb is now available at kuuala.com for $29.96 and is IMO affordable for the consumer market.

@Mooshta Just purchased that bulb. They also have the 'Flame' version of this bulb which puts out a very warm 2000k.
