Sure, different kind of story, but same premise -- Father must protect family, everyone hopes daughter doesn't get raped and etc. Anyway, it's almost like a way to instill fear into morons. Sure things like this happen -- and arming yourself wouldn't be a bad idea if you're not a complete tool. I just find it strange, is all.

Overall the movie is very intense and suspenseful, but the ending will be a slap in the face. It'll leave you angry for the rest of the day. Hollywood is doing a remake of this called "Trespass" with Nicolas Cage in it. I think Hollywood version will be better than this.

The courageous ones have hidden mouse traps nearby and when the bad guy goes near her, she manages to grab one, do a facial reaction distraction type of thing, and wham it into the groin area while he's distracted. Believe me, that can hurt a bad guy real bad. Growling in low voice. I roleplayed an evil black leather villain and I had to protest vehemently against the part where my leather bulge gets slammed with a mouse trap by my victim.

Why do people even watch movies dubbed?? I think film should be watched in it's original language and with subtitles, most dubs are just trash. As for the film, well it was good but the ending ... not too happy with it. I guess they were going for something unexpected, but at the same time the synopsis is misleading so.
