  • "I Just want to receive it in my heart and make a start with you." Come and hear about the blood found on the ark of the covenant. Hit my link, this is no joke.

  • my spirit was so moved by this video

  • Wow... I had never heard this version before. Did Keith Green write this one (I assume he did)? The version I first heard was by Charlie Peacock. It took me a bit to realize that it was the same song (and where I had heard it from)!

  • This is such a funny intro

  • Thanks for posting these. They bring back a lot of very fond memories for me. :)

  • @ dp006d2419

Yes God created rapists, murders and you.He also did not want robots, so he gives us free will. He wants you to volunteer to love Him and to volunteer to receive his love and healing even if you were raped.

  • GOD CREATED FREE WILL you can only live one of two ways in chains or free

  • love it

  • Friends may come and go, but You've been by my side...

  • ...to the world, all Christians look alike-Keith Green

  • Keith sung with a marchless passion...absolutely stunning..Lord give me a passion like this man..........

  • i like this song keith:)really nice...

  • "help me, help me now. i just don't know how.

i've been so alone, please melt this heart of stone..."

  • What an awesome love song to Jesus!

  • Hahahahahahah!

  • @Sheepelyn If you are mocking, you will have to answer to God. Be careful.

  • @MegaHorses2 mocking? I'm not mocking at all! I think he's pretty funny! Don't you? I love the Lord! Keith Green is was a great brother and I am looking forward to meeting him. Becareful how you read people's responses. They might not be what you think. God Bless.

  • I miss Keith Green! I can't wait until I see him in Heaven!

  • Keith's music and ministry has had a profound effect on my entire family (my husband and I and our 5 children), my own music ministry and our son's, as well as our walks with the Lord. His sermons and music have discipled all of us and continues to do so all these years after his psssing...

  • Wow so awesome to get to hear this. Wow. No matter what his ministry has still inspiration to other musicians? And still powerful anointing. Its awesome to see him preserved threw time with video technologies. He passed on before I was borne. But we always sang his songs and church and my pastor dad would find much of message to speak on after we sang one of his songs. God Bless people for sharing his music on YouTube and the net with us :)

  • Thank you very much for posting all these videos of Keith! =D

May God continue to bless you as he blesses us all. :)

    p.s.. I'll subscribe :) :P

  • @RRivers007

Keith Green died years ago, but his music still ministers.

  • What i should have said "is as his music blesses us". lol Sorry about that, I knew he was dead. Thank God for his music though :)

  • Definitely true... I can't believe it, nor do I deserve it. But He freely gives it!

    Thank You Lord Jesus!

  • uhm why u talkin bout homsexuals anyhow on keith greens song ,,

  • @ilovemybabiegirls Because homosexuals are going to Hell, to be torched for enterality.

  • The sinner.

You can give your sin to Jesus...or you can pay for it yourself, for eternity.

  • what goes to hell the sin or the sinner?

  • both my friend. we gotta be free from sin to be with him in heaven and that means praying for forgiveness every single day and even during the day if needed and as needed. its his grace which causes us and enables us to serve. he turns us to him, blessed be him forever Lord.

  • you let you sin remain...if you dont allow Jesus work on th ecross bwe applied to your life....he donesnt send you...you send yourself....hes already shownhe loves everyone...he died for everyone. SO he loves everyone. Everyone needs jesus.

  • Very true.1st corinth 6:9 states the penalty for homosexual acts but also other sins. Love the homosexual but let them know they can be set free.Don't compromise the gospel but embrace the sinner.

  • One comment when observing gods words in regards to homosexuality, is that for the handful of versus saying that homosexuality is wrong, there are hundreds speaking of treating everyone with love and grace. Homosexuality is an issue that needs to be treated with great care and gentleness, because at the moment, more homosexual people are being pushed away from the church than towards it.

  • very true.!st corinth 6:9 states the penalty for homosexual acts as well as other sins.We must love the homsexual but let them know God can and will set them free!! Don't compromise the gospel but embrace the sinner just as Jesus did in john 4 with the women at the well.

  • True one bro!! Sister ....its so confused..that christians are hating the sinner or hate the sinner for what they do...but its Jesus heart, that the one with out sin throw trhe fist stone. Love not hate, but Jesus nowhere ever condoned sin. He always convicted them to GO and SIN no more.

  • Amen; Keith really knew how to write songs that would impact others for Christ. It is so hard to live for Christ.... my prayer for this song is to live a life more pleasing to Christ.

  • God called him to be a little "obnoxious" to stir up his dead/dying church though! Why did this video bring up the gay issue? Everyone is welcome; deny yourself, take up the cross and follow Him. That message is for all universally including gays.

  • thank you Lord!

  • God's love is available for everyone. Just reach out and He will save you , touch you and give you new life.

  • see jesus does love gay people!

  • I don't think it's bad to be gay, because you can't help that. But I think it's wrong to act out on the gay sexual act. God said that a man should not lay with a man like he does with a woman, and the same with women.

  • Jeus loves the person not what there doing practicing homosexuality i dont hate the person but you know its unatural to be with the same sex and the proof is that same sex relationships cant have offspring together and rated that homosexuals get aids im just saying we pray for them for the person to be touch by god

  • i was here €

  • I wish I could of enjoy a concert live. WOW..I will share with my friends. God is always connecting us with one other.

  • This song just hits a nerve its kinda of sad. Haven't we all been there doubt is so hard it hurts. Those spiritually dry periods are hard to get through.

  • Hi dp006d2419, The Bible picture in Genesis is of God freely creating perfection and of man rejecting God and choosing to go his own way, i.e., sin: and it's I in the middle if sIn - you and I! God's response is given in Romans 6:23, "The wages of sin is death, but the free gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord."

  • Is god in control or can we do things against his will?

  • Both. But He lets us, free will.

  • That doesnt make sense, can god stop me doing things he doesnt want me to do or not?

  • God can stop you, but He lets you do sin anyway, because he'll never take away your free will.

  • So he allows me to sin, but then punishes me for it? It seems like god doesnt mind sin aslong as one is punished afterwards, similar to a judge saying to a murderer "It's ok that you murdered i knew you would do it anyway, that doesn't matter, but you've got to go to prison for a while". God has created rules, known as "sins", expected people to break them and then punished them. He must not mind about the damage caused by the sin, only about inflicting pain on the sinners.

  • Very interesting conversation, please do continue and feel free to post.

Sidestep: where do you fit in dp? what is it that makes you curious about this subject? It is an abstract discussion to this point, but what makes it personal to you?

  • God wants us to choose Him (sorry for the repetition) but He sets before you life and death, blessing and cursing. He shows us that we can live life according to right and wrong (breaking God's law btw) and shows the consequences of both. It's a simple choice that we should choose God.

  • If god allows a person to sin or break his laws, aslong as there is a punishment, then it shows that he doesn't mind about the negative effects caused by the sin but god only wants to punish.

  • Has anyone ever questioned why he created these laws? Wouldn't it have made more sense to create a world without sin, for example where no-one feels pain, then one wouldn't be able to turn away from him. I know your likely to reply with "god is giving us the choice" but whats the point of giving someone a chance to do evil?

  • The absence of light is darkness. The absence of hot is cold. The absence of good is evil. He didn't 'create' evil, but created goodness and order, and the absence of those traits is evil.

  • But god created darkness as the absence of light and hot and cold as opposites as he created the universe, You can't claim the evil simply appeared independantly of god's will. If he truly didn't want evil it wouldn't be here.

  • Well im gonna admit, I don't know. If I find the answer I'll let ya know.

  • Well, whatever you believe in your a smart person and i respect you alot. Thanks for the debate.

  • P.S i've just realised your 15, me too!

  • Thanks for compliments and the debate. "Age 88" lol.

  • Brate - Da li zivis u Bosniju?

  • dp006d2419, I respect your views, and I love the idea of a world at peace without sin, but here are my thoughts:

God created man to love Him, and in order for our love to mean anything to him, we had to have a choice. We can either love Him (good), or not love Him (evil). Evil had to exist so that our love for God would mean something to Him.

  • dp:

You hold a very limited view of scripture, the Law and Christianity. If you read the Bible you would find that man are not sent judged because they are sinners, they are judged because they do not believe Jesus has come from God.

Read John 3:17-21, 36. Check it out and see if your ideas about Jesus and Christianity are really true.

  • @dp006d2419 Yes, for a time we are capable of sinning. However, there is eternal punishment when judgment comes. God wants us to CHOOSE HIM. We are not robots, we have a choice. It is amazing that God would even choose to save us considering how much we sin.

Also, he knew the would break the law, he knew we couldn't keep it. That's the point. He made the law, knowing we would break it, to show us that WE CAN'T KEEP IT. We can't save ourselves, only Jesus can.

  • @dp006d2419 Ummm...not quite. We have a choice to sin but God hopes we don't. Being human, we keep sinning, though. However, we should realize the process is an "under construction" one, trying to become more like God would like us to be. In some areas of my life, I have improved but in others, I have a long way to go. However, it's the INTENT that matters and not following a bunch of rules, like the pharises had come up with. We can be forgiven for all...as long as we've been trying.

  • @dp006d2419 And you bear NO responsibility for it? Do you remember blacking out and being controlled like a robot? I sure don't when I did. We look for every excuse to say we had no involvement when we did the things that we most intensely desired and enjoyed knowing they were wrong to do. You were MORE conscious and in control of your actions then than when you unwillingly did the right thing, because you knew it was right even though you had to strain against every ounce of your will to do it.

  • If I posted this video, does that mean you had to respond?

(by the way you have great musical taste, love Radiohead as well, and the Beatles and Bob Dylan. You even have some Focus which is from Holland :) )

  • Yes. If you had a son who was a rapist, would you regret having him? Maybe God knew the individuals that would rape, but should they not have the chance to live and turn away such things?

  • That asumes that god doesn't know how people would act in their lives, if he is almighty, wouldn't he already know if they are to rape or not?

  • "should they not have the chance to live and turn away such things? " Maybe you disagree, but would you give a death sentance to a rapist?

  • Im not sure I understand you correctly, god has created the temptation of rape ( he created everything, so this you surely can't disagree ) and he then hopes that we will not be tempted?

  • I see where you're coming from now. God didn't 'create' evil or temptation, not in the manner you are thinking of. Sin is rebellion against God's order of things, how He created everything to be. To put this into an analogy; A kitchen knife is made to cut food, but can also be used to murder.

  • So we, as people, can go against gods will? If so, he's definitely not almighty.

  • He gave us a free will, so we could chose to obey Him, not to be made to.

  • And what about "Hell" and any punishment given for disobeying god. He gave us free will and the ability to go against him yet when we do it is punishable by eternal damnation?

  • In the Garden of Eden Adam and Eve were given the choice to live in the very presence of God and live without suffering, or to gain knowledge of good and evil. And with evil (absence of God's order) comes suffering.

  • So, from god's point of view, he has created people, given them the choice to follow him or not, but if people don't then they suffer. Doesn't really sound like people actually have a choice and you've made god out to sound really nasty.

  • Don't know if you got where I'm coming from. God made everything in a certain way, to be used in a certain way. When we misuse things (i.e. forced sex instead of expressing love) they cause damage. Evil is misuse; lies are the misuse of speach; murder the outcome of a misused knife.

  • That still shows that god has no control over us. He created us, lost control ( in the sense that we do things against his will, i.e. murder with a knife ) and then punishes us for disobedience. If it truly is his universe then one would think he would have control. Or maybe it his misjudgement, thinking that giving us free will would be a good idea but later realising that we would turn away from him. To avoid any confusion, my point is that god has no control and cannot be almighty

  • God is in control, but wanted to see whether we wanted to choose him. However He also judges us according to our sins. He wants us to come back to Him, to be free from evil. This is through Jesus' sacrifice for our sin, through the excrutiating pain He went through. But those who would continually forsake God and encourage suffering through doing evil will be judged according to what they have done.

  • @dp006d2419 yes it does. and despite all the bad choices they've made and how much they've been led astray by evil, they're still His children and He loves them enough to die for them.

  • @dp006d2419 It means he gave us free will, and we created the rapists.

  • @dp006d2419 It means he gave us free will, and we created the rapists.

  • @dp006d2419 He made the people, the rapists... gave in to Satan. God gave us a free will, to sin if we choose, he didn't make us mindless robots. Thinking about it now, maybe he should've... We sure get in a lot of trouble. ;) We'll all be judged by THE Judge once we get to heaven for all that we've done. We all deserve death. But thanks to Jesus, we're saved grace. "For if we repent of our sins He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrightousness."

  • @dp006d2419 Yes, God made all people, but the choices and reactions we make throughout our lives are left up to us, so the choices that rapists made got them where they were, God didn't create them as rapists, He created them as people, they chose to walk down that road. This is not to see that they are now subhuman and that God couldn't redeem them, only that He didn't create them to be rapists, He created them and gave them the freedom of choice.

  • el no hizo de los corazones de los hombre ... un corazón de violador!!!! , el corazon de un violador es el resultado de un corazon donde no esta Dios.

  • @dp006d2419 No it means we made them. That is to say that when Adam sinned he brought in an entire host of sin and rape is just one of those.

  • @dp006d2419 God is not the author of sin.

  • @dp006d2419 Evil in general is not doing what God considers is pure and holy. It is a deviation from the truth. That includes rape, murder, adultery and sin in general. Yes, God wants all, even rapists to come to repentance. No one was made to go to straight to hell, but God wills all to be saved and follow Him. That was Keith's message as well in all his concerts, and something for you to think about.

  • A true man of God. You gotta love Keith Green.

  • Make me radical Lord. Be real people and a real follower of Jesus. Your life can influence a whole world like this man.

    Don`t copy him, copy Jesus..

  • Amen.

  • Well, Keith is an example of a simple MAN who did everithing for the LORD... we know that don`t have to copy Keith... but is the most radical man, and a true lover of Jesus... a true worshiper... (speaking in comercial and professional artist)

  • Your right OK

  • i just don't know how. let me fall in love with You Jesus.

  • Just give him everything.. your worries, your fears, your sins, your doubts, your dreams, your guilt.. and he'll take care of the rest. He wants you to rest on him! You won't regret the leap.

  • Why would Jesus give up His life for such an unworthy wretch like me!

  • What was the next song he was going to sing? OMG, I can't think of it.

  • I think it was "You Put This Love In My Heart"

  • this is beautiful. thank you, Monum. I can't believe it! we are so blessed to have had Keith in our lives for even a short time. All these years later, he is still bringing the love of God into our lives. WOW.

  • He sure did use his talents for the Lord. Wow! Always loved his music, but I also like what he was talking about at the start of this clip.

  • Keith did more in a few years for the Lord then most of us do in a lifetime. Only God knows why He took him home, and that's good enough for me. He was sold out for God, if only we could be! WOW! thanks for posting!

  • His love for God came across in his songs. I hope to see him with a great big crown sitting on his head.

  • unbelievably gifted musician

  • I know! Is it wrong that that's the main reason I watch his videos and listen to his music? Being a musician myself, I hate to admit it, but the main thing I'd want to talk about with him if he were alive today is his piano technique and song composition. Don't get me wrong, I definitely listen to what he had to say- though, I think if he hadn't died he would have tempered his doctrine a little more, and not been so "overly righteous"- I hate even saying that 'cuz we're too liberal these days.

  • No, it's not wrong.

    Genius is genius.

I also wonder what changes 26 yrs would have brought. He pissed off a lot of establishment church people; it intrigues me if he would have remained a voice of challenge or would he have, as you said, tempered his views. A little rabble rousing can be a mighty good thing...like going ballistic on the money changers on the temple steps. Zealousness against hypocrisy often fades with age. Sometimes not.

All I will say, WJ, is your taste is suberb.

  • Thank you. You're right, btw.

  • Wow That Was Amazing = ) I Love His Egypt Song =) God Blessed Him He Is A Great Man = )

  • You may be able to ignore the piano, but once he starts to sing, you just gotta listen! Great musician with a great love for His saviour!

  • I love him.

  • Awesome song. Just like many others of his.

  • omg, whos is this guy. he just blew me away. lol

  • Hi 28adrianpeterson, I hope you will take time to discover more about the music and ministry of Keith Green. Please visit his website at Last Days Ministries. Keith is one Christian who truly loves Jesus from his heart.

  • On my account you can also find the lifestory of keith green.

Sadly enough Keith doesn't live anymore. He died in a planecrash in 1982 at the age of 28. His life and songs have always been a great encouragement and at the same time a great challenge in my walk as a christian. That's why I posted these to share them with all of you.

  • monum, where are you getting these videos?! Is there a DVD I can purchase?

  • yes you can get a dvd, look at the info next to the video :)

  • Well the Lord was ready for him and we shouldn't mourn the dead, but the living and he is living with our heavenly father. He is missed by many, but we shouldn't be sad that he is with the lord.

Thanks for posting this. He was a great singer and songwriter but now he's singing with the angels. :-)

  • Hi adrian, well who see in stage is the most incredible worshiper in the world. A true worshiper my friend.
