  • Awww us libyans leave it up to the grandma's they are the true pro's of tea making but have always wanted to have a go ...but i'll just stick to my british tea :)

  • My friends wanted me to have a go at making the tea - I was hopeless at it

  • Libya used to import Zahra Tea from Sri Lanka.

Now the tea trade is libralized and the private traders bring tea in various names.

  • it 's a good try for a beginner, but it wasn't the appropriate sit for making libyan tea, cause you need to sit on the carpet and your legs crossed good luck lol

  • I'm not familiar with Libyan tea. Is it grown within Libya ans from what kind of tea plant?

  • The result was cold tea - not very nice :-(

  • i don't know if the result will be tea or somthing els ... hahahaha

  • Unfortunately my tea wasn't fit for drinking. The professionals had to make a new batch for us all.

  • When my friend's sister made the tea there was lots of foam. When I tried there was lots of tea spilt on the towel!

  • Do not worry, making the traditional libyan tea is tricky.Did they drink ur tea anyway?

  • wow..impressive, really well done

u'r seem havin fun with our libyan traditional stuff. by mixin th tea that way afta a while layer of foam appears on th top of it nd then its put onto th small tea cubs to make looks better actually not just better to be look like a butter > ppl from otha countries make jokes out of it, they say only libyans whos managed to extract butter from tea
