It's thin, but for some reason strikes me as bulky--go figure. I'd be incredibly annoyed at having to press a button each time I wanted to tell time. Reading a watch shouldn't require the use of both arms, in my opinion.
@Authilus I still have after three years and it works great. Same battery still. You often use both arms anyways because you often need to remove jacket or shirt from it.
