  • You look amazing :D You don't look 52 at all, not that that's even old. Best wishes!

  • being a vegan is retarted humans are naturally carnivores.

  • @Random4021

Humans are by their Anatomy, Physiology, Biology and Nature Raw Vegans, that is indisputable

Tigers and Sharks are Carnivores, Not Humans, totally different of animal, so keep studying there skippy, you still have quite alot to learn, keep an open mind , you'll learn someday : )

  • @Random4021 LOL if humans were carnivores we wouldn't have to cook and season our meat. You would come off as smarter saying omnivore but damn, XD.

  • You look so good Chris :) may i ask you how old you are?

  • @elfe1982 Thank you; I am just sharing what happens when an "old man of 52" who is a genetic structure wreck (not designed for lifting the heavy-for me- necessary for results), works out only an hour per WEEK (hard) and eats a totally raw vegan diet, no supplements or pills powders or gimmicks.

  • @RawFitChris Yes isn't it facinating how a natural diet improves just everything? Respect, I have been eatin a vegan diet for 3 years, and vegetarian for 5.. all of my allergies, cronical illnesses disappreared and i started to run a half marathon :)

  • Chris, How are we supposed advantage ourselves of your diet and training if we live in Illinois?

  • @treefellonya

so its impossible to buy Fresh raw Organic Fruits , vegs, Nuts and seeds in IL ?

    lol

  • @AnatomicalALIGNMENT I see you are a critical thinker. You work in a government job?

If you have read Chris' stuff, he tells you that there are certain portions and specific ones that are best. Clearly, if there wasn't something unique about his methodologies he wouldn't have raw food workshops.

    THE FRUITARIAN

  • @treefellonya i live in the northwest suburbs in illinois, and i do just fine in the winter. There are still good enough organic fruits and veggies to choose from

  • you look healthy and fit and strong what more do ppl want? lets compare real ppl to real ppl. not the juiced guys in the bodybuilding mags. and not the arnold Swaz. of the world who admit they used roids. or even sly stallone who was busted for transporting human growth hormone on a plane. i say hats off this dude.

  • @ringbolt9 Thanks for understanding. You get it. I am just demonstrating what happens when you eat nothing but fruits & vegetables for a decade and train an hour per WEEK, with sub-standard structural genetics ( long limbs; weak narrow lower back). At least you know that you cannot compare apples to oranges. Some people let ego get in the way of an experiment. I want to share my experience; hopefully to motivate others a little bit into a 100% plant based diet. Health is the main thing.

  • Just use deca and dbol.

  • @ RawFitChris Explain your super raw diet

  • Although you may have a point, you're not big. Who says you can't eat meat, be bigger than this jagaloon, and still be healthy? Oh that's right....no one. Man up the human body isn't a pussy. It can handle meat so long as you don't stop eating necessary minerals and vitamins. As for vitamins being a "waste of time" I think your heads a little to thick there "bro". Don't forget the fats and depleted vitamins and minerals these north American vegetables have. Sometimes supplements are the only op

  • @guntfucker "Big" w/ poor health is easy. You speak "A Posteriori" AND you have not seen me lately. You also do not understand (not your fault) how I eat. I do not eat many vegetables, my diet has evolved to an athlete's super raw diet. NO SUPPLEMENTS- that is for sure! They can not compare, and my "A Priori" experience and the cliniical evidence of my clients proves that, to me. PS-Even here in the Northeast, where produce is not the best, it still beats what most have been brainwashed to eat.

  • @guntfucker

Shut the fuck up you guntfucker!

  • What is you 10,000 dollar challenge? Also, how old are you in these videos, and now?

  • go on go on go on put some meat in your mouth

  • when I eat alot of carbs I get a belly bloated feeling

  • @ParapaDrifter Wrong carbs or too much fat. Go to my website (see above) or, if you would rather see a much more attractive person instead of some 52 year old raw foodist fruti eater who built himself up from nothing,Check the video entitled "Raw vegan eats up to 50 bananas a day" by Freelee.

  • @RawFitChris Hey chris, Why do you find this way of eating to be optimal? Why is it the healthiest in your opinion

  • @RawFitChris

you should Post a video of your Max Bench press, squat , deadlift etc.

it would only serve to powerfully reinforce your words and video to a much Higher level and make your position undeniable and demonstratable , impossible for those who disagree to easily refute your claims .

it may convince some who otherwise wouldnt be by words alone

  • @AnatomicalALIGNMENT I have a friend who, at age 15, without lifting a weight ever, walked into the gym and squatted a 500 lb barbell cold. He is of short stature, and a genetic marvel. Posting your totals is misleading. Especially when you are tall. I have my before and after photos on my site and in videos I believe (have to check when more time).

  • @RawFitChris Full Olympic squat? Not likely. You need to post a video of that before anyone believes it.

  • @sclaysdharma

i agree, He needs to Post vids of him lifting weights , i believe what he says, as i know this diet is the truth, but he needs to post for all the sceptics out there to quiet them

If he just posts a video bench pressing say 225 pounds, than it will be rock solid proof against all the Moron meat eaters who are delusional with their false programming

  • P.S What he says about no flus and colds is 100% true. Im 17 years old and havent got the common cold in years. Oh and P.S.S im 6'3" at 17 just for those who say you need to eat animal meat to grow.

  • I have been raised in a vegetarian family. My father at age 41 looks likes he still in his 20's not making this up people assume hes my older brother. Anyways is there anywhere i can find a complete high protein vegetarian diet plan ?

  • @aman69brown protein is not what you should be worried about believe me man. I have put on 20 kg of muscle without consuming any meat/soy/dairy/eggs... RAW carbs (bananas, dates, mangoes etc)+ training will get u there :) Look up "Doug Graham protein" The sweeter the fruit the more energy you will get out of it. Peace

  • did you had problems with teeth? enamels chip.....

  • @makemoneyrelax been like that since I had braces when I was eight years old.

  • How long have you been training? Not trying to be rude but your too small to go around talking about how protein has such a little effect on muscle building, sure, fruit and vegetables are incredibly healthy and there are plenty of vegan sources of protein, that doesn't mean that protein isn't an extremely important factor in muscle building.

  • @moppheaddd you missed the point. Not your fault. You must be distracted by your own lust for stuffing yourself to see how big you can get lol! I used to do that 30 years ago, but never with protein powder or crap food. I gained 75 lb of muscle geting up to 212. Today I am 52, stronger pound for pound than ever, and 100% raw since 2000. Visit my website to see more.

  • @RawFitChris So what you are saying is VEGANS can't build muscle but once a non-vegan has eaten right and built muscle he can keep maybe half of it as a vegan? This makes a great screen shot!

  • @RomneyPHONY, you don't understand, it's about response and results. Differences with different people, even when vital and clean. That understanding has been the most revolutionary development in a most broadly health-beneficial sense. It's not about the times, it's about what works best. I mentioned the 1980's only as a matter of how much time I've been involved. I'm not stuck there. I developed from those experiences and continually to the present. Get in tune.

  • Nonsense Chris, that diet isn't good for everyone, or rather probably the vast majority of people. I know all too well, by experience, in depth, since the early 80's.

  • @ToolsnFire , Wow. You are living in the dark ages my friend. If you or any of those "vast majority" that you speak of went on The Best Weigh Program that we have been running with great success, you would see, feel and test medically, great health results. If of course you desire to remain addicted to poor food choices, then, yes, your health and physical performance would remain "nonsensical".

  • @RawFitChris, Chris, eventually you'll get to really understand differences with different people at a very fundamental and innate level as a matter of dietary requirements. You're an emotionally charged communicator, get off it. I'm not in the dark ages, I've been to the hell and back with the low fat raw vegan directions, as have many other people. Cooking and animal products are prime quality foods for the vast majority of people to be their healthiest. It's our biology, not philosophy.

  • @ToolsnFire Well said!!! You'll notice in the above post that Chris gained his muscle as a meat eater and has managed to keep maybe 50%? His words, his numbers. 212lbs, after gaining 75 and I've got a pretty good eye. He's probably shy of 185 now. If he lost only 1/4 of his 1RM he IS stronger, pound for pound. Not stronger in the absolute sense. He also says he works out only 1-2hrs a week. Probably doing very minimal reps to keep his fast twitch big and strong. At least on his arms...

  • @MichaelnChristine I know plenty of kids that were born into vegan lives and are stronger than their meat eating counterparts. I do not understand why you enjoy this "debate". Muslce is built with or without animal products- it does not matter. Of course the lack of health and performance is hard to miss when you eat "dirty' second hand nutrition compated to FRESH whole food (keep in mind that I am talking abut a diet of ONLY whole fruits and greens, not priocessed in ANY way. No pastas, etc.

  • @RawFitChris Tell you what Chris you right out the plan and I, as an advanced lifter, and one of my trainees who is morbidly obese will go on your program. I have both our measurements for the last year, all our lift data. If the gains in muscle for me, and the recompositioning for him are better on your diet than on a high veg, moderate meat, low fruit paleo diet we each have $2000 for you. If I lose muscle or his progress stalls or he back slides you pay us $2000 each. I

  • @MichaelnChristine It's 100k and it is for any natural doctor or medical doctor to get the same amazing wellness and disease elimination results as we do using food not drugs or supplements. I never had a challenge for what you are talking about. What you are proposing is news to me. When you are ready to stick to the topic, and you enlist a medical doctor or naturopath then call me.

  • @RawFitChris I don't care about your 100k. I'm making a proposal. You are saying this diet is superior in all ways to a healthy animal based diet. Put your money where your mouth is...

  • @ToolsnFire I have no idea what you do but I have had nothing but success with it for the last ten years. I am just an average guy with sub-par genetics. But for the last 35 years I have been teaching, coaching and seeing results in my wellness center here in Glen Cove since 1989 (elsewhere before that) and everyone on the program has really good results, so I can only share this. Of course, I have no idea how or what you are doing, so it is impossible to figure out why you did not get results.

  • whats your 10,000 challenge?

  • Condescending delivery. I'm glad you can't help it.

  • It is about your INTENTION, your BELIEF! If you truly believe that you can sustain yourself on a raw vegan diet, then you shall. There are people that do not eat, that take in prana from the ethers and live. But they BELIEVE that they can do this and thus their frequency/energy/vibes are heightened so that they can derive nourishment from said source. Animal products and cooked foods are difficult to digest. Animal products also vibrate at a low frequency that is conducive to poor health.

  • @tapetumxlucidum

While your intention is the birth of all action, you must adhere to certain fundamentals of nutrition. Intention alone is meaningless. Specific Actions must be carried out.

  • "Not the bottled vitamins, they are a waste of your time and money and they put stress on your body."

    Well said, sir!

  • Hello Chris!, I' m from spain,

Chris you are amazing!!!!!, TELL ME ONE THING PLEASE:

About how much calories you eat each day? 2500 maybe?

  • to adrygarcia , 3200 - and that is only a starting point.

  • Comment removed

  • @RawFitChris I'm eat 1500...

Could be the reason of my losting weigh, since I'm vegan, 90 % raw?,

(I'm 22 years old and I'm 180cm and my weigh is 54 Kg.)

Sorry if my english is bad (I'm from Spain).

  • @adrygarcia

Just keep in mind that if you eat extremely healthy, that is fresh fruit and greens primarily, then you do require less calories than when you eat a less efficient (much more residue) diet, like what most people eat (high refined carb, with animal products, wine, etc.) BUT... also keep in mind that adding "size" is not actual muscle if you gain more than 8 lb a year! If you are not able to see your abs in bold relief then the added weight is not functional weight.

  • 0:15-0:39 Goo for you, asshole.

  • if i eat meat and complete proteins... do i need to add rice to my beans? or can i eat meat and milk and so on during the day to combine.. or do you have to combine at each time and meal ?

wikipedia says you dnt even need to combine .. that it s a myth

  • If we werent natural vegans we could go run down a possum and eat it live and suck its gizzards out like a real omnivore would. No tools, no weapons, no traps and we would do it with no shoes and day in day out with absolute enjoyment.

We could put a 2 year old in a cot with a mango or a hamster and it would eat the hamster if we were REAL omnivores.

  • @spruntfemalespray Yeah you don't have to wipe your ass or brush your teeth anymore.

  • For those of you who say "I will never give up meat", then why are you even looking at this video?

  • @shapirate Those people are trolling. Just ignore them.

  • Idk why everyone is calling chris skinny. he has amazing althletic physique for his age. Personally, I was in sikk shape eating massive amount of animal products, but now I that I have started the raw vegan lifestyle, I have the same results + a better feeling of well being + more energy throughout the day (even on 4-5 hours of sleep!!). It's almost like a europhic high all day eating like this. ALl I gotta say is you have to do it yourself before you can argue against it.

  • I'm a vegan making the transition over to raw food. I'm just having a hard time cutting bread out of my diet. I basically have some toast in the morning, then fruits and vegetables all day until dinner when I usually make a salad. What's your take on soy Chris? I've heard alot of negative things with it containing estrogen, but it's so high in calcium and protein.

  • @spruntfemalespray

Great to see that comedy still exists in the world. Fourth grade mentality comedy but funny none the less.

  • @RawFitChris sorry man but i don't see any real muscles on your body, my girlfriend got a bigger triceps than you.

  • @SteroidDieb

You missed the point. i've eaten 100% raw vegan since 1999, 100% vegan since 1985. I would love to see what happens to you if you ever do this, You are not ready yet, however, and that is okay. I used to be where you are. been there done that. Time to move on to genuine health and strength.

  • @RawFitChris i love mc donalds .

  • @SteroidDieb he works out 1 hour per week. does'nt he?

  • Another misinformed vegan (or are you a vegetarian?). No doubt it is possible to build muscle without meat, you and others have proved that. But to make claims that meat makes you unhealthy is not true. Masaai, Eskimos/Inuits, Plains indians are examples of people today who eat exclusively animal products and are healthy. The science behind saturated fat, cholesterol and meat being bad is not science at all, it's dogma. Reading the extract isn't good enough. Read the methodology.

  • @MrChimei

My $10,000 challenge has remained open for many years now. Are you willing to put your money where your mouth is?

  • @RawFitChris Whats your $10000 challange?

  • @RawFitChris Nobody cares about your fake $10 000 challenge, Chris.

  • @RawFitChris $10k? Even better! So you think I'll be healthier with better body composition on a Raw vegan diet? Is that $10k per person who takes the challenge? You are willing to pony up the cash to an escrow service and put the challenge in writing. I and one other person are 100% wiling and I bet I can find 4-6 other lifters who will take that deal!! You have 80k? You sure?

  • @MrChimei actually there is plenty of scientific evidence that too much animal protein (meat, dairy) can cause a raft of problems, inluding obesity, heart disease, alzheimers and osteoporosis. oh yeh, thats right. too much milk will CAUSE it. for more info (if you care to look for it), find the China Study. you don't have to believe me, i'm just saying there is legitimate proof out there.

  • @MABELtheINFERNAL The China Study was pretty flawed. Just check out The Protein Debate between Loren Cordain, PhD and T. Colen Campbell, PhD. Its pretty obvious who makes the better case for his position.

  • @MrChimei Let me guess, your a 600lb mouth breathing redneck eating big macs or your a computer nerd looking for fad diets and couldnt even beat Chris in an arm wrestle? ;)

  • @MrChimei to much meat is unhealthy and todays meat has a high amount of bad substances in it

  • There is so much conflicting opinion on what is good for you that don't know what to believe anymore D:

  • @BastionOfFinality

    Chris speaks the truth

  • taking in huge amounts of protein is pointless. I don't agree with the raw food lifestyle, but I also don't agree with the whole protein myth. I can bench almost 300 pounds (130 kilos, not sure how much that is in pounds) at a bodyweight of 165. I don't even eat meat. not for ethical reasons or anything, I just don't like the taste. Even harvard school of public health tells us to limit meat and increase fruit and vegetable intake

  • if you want a clean body, clean arteries, no risk of heart attack or heart disease, if you want to be as strong and as healthy as you could be at 20 when you're 90- eat clean. We're all surrounded by people telling us what is good and what's bad. I would know because I used to eat meat and take supplements, I also used to have chest pain after such a high protein diet. What people dont know is that whole grain rice and beans are just as good as chicken or steak, without any of the fat.

  • @dustman All of todays health problems (diabetes, heart disease, etc) used to be all the health problems that the rich and wealthy had waaaay back when the poor could only eat whole grain food and vegetables, while the rich feasted on chicken, steak, turkey, gravy- all high in fat. Our bodies are meant to process clean foods, not manufactured meats and supplements. Clean foods such as whole grain rice, beans, fruits, vegetables, all of which have the same amount of protein as meat. Imagine that.

  • Yeah, we can tell. You're huge. LOL! I"m sorry, I couldn't type that with a straight face.

  • the only nut i see here is you dude. Hey stay down at the ladies end of the dumbell rack where you belong. us meat eaters will be down at the manly end!

  • @lapartyfever ... Thank you for your mature comment.

  • He has good genetics. The rest of us need to eat meat.

  • @jstnhnh ...

I have poor genetics; poor leverages; etc. Sure I was "bigger" when I ate meat, and processed and cooked foods, but so what? I sweated a lot, smelled bad, and was not stronger just bigger. Not defined or muscular looking just bigger. It took a while but I wised up.

  • @RawFitChris You still smell bad.

  • i dont get how it can help you build muscle... produce is mainly water and some minerals... how does it work?

  • @FutureLaugh Ahhhh but you are not considering the sweet fruit. The fundamentals of nutrition must always be fulfdilled whether one eats live or dead carcass, cooked or still hard to digest "sprouted" grains, so called superfoods and useless supplements, abominations of nature's raw diet, etc. Why not eat the best? Compared to all other food I have lived and thrived on, natural hygiene is not only the most health promoting by far but allows the greatest muscle fuel. No contest.

  • @RawFitChris

    Do you basically eat 80 10 10 ?

  • @FutureLaugh Your body takes that water and minerals and makes its own protein.

  • @Elite244 NOT POSSIBLE. THE DIGESTIVE ENZYNZMES IN RAW FRUITS AND VEGETABLES ARE TECHNICALLY PROTIENS SO MAYBE THIS IS WHERE THE PROTIEN IS SYNTESISED BY YOUR BODY.

  • @FutureLaugh ...

First you have to differentiate between "building size" and strengthening and thickening actual muscle tissue, instead of just pumping the mitochondria full of undigested protein and other matter.

  • @FutureLaugh

Fresh raw organic produce is made up of Amino Acids, Carbs, EFA , Minerals, Vitamins , Living pure plant water, Enzymes, Fiber, Phytonutrients , Anti oxidants , Carotenoids , Bio flavinoids, Chlorophyll , Oxygen etc.

EVERYTHING you need to build super high quality powerful healthy Muscle !!!!

  • for some reason i think this guy has a hot body and a cute face for an older guy

  • keep in mind that I speak not just from historical research and present day global studies that are published, confirmed and replicated, but from my own experience and that of my clients over 25 years. Even when ones strays a tiny bit, one can see, feel and display loss in physical performance and health. It is obvious, unless one has never experienced the genuine health and performance that comes with a proper diet to begin with. Those "other cultures" that strayed were surviving not thriving.

  • Chris, you don't need to take this guy's bait - his arguments are so poor there's hardly any point in trying to reason with him via 400-character Youtube comments... Having said that, I find your assertion that animal products lead to poor heath dogmatic. I don't think that straying from a raw vegan diet is harmful to health - ancient cultures all over the world have a wide variety of diets. Even the ethics of vegetarianism are contestable.

  • Bottom Line 1. No steroids 2. Zero Supplements 3. Zero Animal Products 4. Poor Genetics 5. Bad Lower Back 6. One Hour Training Per Week 7. No Force Feeding 8. Not a "Gym Rat" 9. Have not even done curls in 25 years 10. Old Myths Die Hard - My Point to Share.
  • @RawFitChris

Did you have Surgery on your Back after the car accident ?

  • I want to say once more: I'M NOT TRYING TO BE "BIG" OR BE A BODYBUILDER. I ONLY TRAIN TO SHOW WHAT IS POSSIBLE WITH A 100% RAW DIET FOR TEN YEARS & 100% VEGAN DIET FOR 25 YEARS. I have too much to do to work out more than about an hour a week. I work out extremely hard, however, as I have built up to this intensity over a period of time. (I' not a "fitness" person, but a nerd with a bad lower back, very poor genetics for lifting. I am here to inspire: I own a wellness center for education.

  • I have not "benched" in 20 years- I would rather do dips. Besides, the squat and deadlft are the strength and power and fitness weight exercises. "How much can you bench" is something that only newbies ask. I am glad you are at least trying to communicate your thoughts, at least that shows some progress. I commend you sir on your interest and passion for what is near and dear to you...

  • you are living proof that you do need animal protein to build muscle. just look at you. you are not muscular by anybodies standard. you are small. how much can you bench. I bet not much.

  • @zrx7769 He's muscular by most peoples' standards you clueless doofus. vHARDLINEv... we must stand firm in defence of all innocent life!!!

  • @ArabJihadi big fucking deal. he can never get bigger than what he is by eating just veggies and fruit. if he is happy never attaining what he possibly could if he ate animal protein, then whatever. but as far as I am concerned, he's fucking tiny.

  • I have found over the past 35 years that ego, habits and culture decide our food politics... and is IS politics not science as many would lead you to think. Remember what he New England Journal of Medicine said repeatedly: " There is NO controversy about diet or nutrition, it is only how it is interpreted FOR the public". Bottom line: Try it for yourSELF! Not for a week, or month, but for years. And do it right, with the proper guidance and you will own the truth once and for all. Few do this.

  • hi chris! can you give advice how to workout? I'm trying to workout 3 times per week-mon, wed, fri-(in gym with weights inculding some bodyweight exercises like pull ups and dips), 30-45 minutes per one workout session. I'm using split workout ( 1. day chest and biceps; 2. day back and triceps; 3. day legs and shoulders). For big muscle like back, chest and legs I'm doing 6-8 sets, and for smallers muscle max 4 sets. On my rest days(tuesday, thursday) I'm doing cardio(hiit).should I change it

  • Why does everyone assume that if you work out your goal is to get as big as possible? In my opinion you should work out to 1. increase your happiness. 2. increase overall health 3. increase energy, 4. increase your strength. 5. improve the way you look. 6. maximize sex dive. 7. look good. Weight lifting SHOULD NEVER be a competition. If your goal is to get as big as possible, you will pay a hefty price in injuries, arthritis, kidney\liver problems.

    -Vegan bodybuilder

  • I eat moderate amounts of meat and am not convinced about the view of any one ideological camp, but I have to shake my head at people who have this sort of propagandistic body dismorphia where they can look at Chris and say "he's skinny" - this is retarded. Grow up.

  • YOU ARE AN EXCELLENT COOK, BUT A MISGUIDED VEGAN .

  • "Sept 11, 2010

    hello chrisisms.

I have been eating a lot of meat the past 2 years on the advice of paleo diet gurus. my health got worse. I am getting an ammonia smell from skin and an retaining water bad.

Any idea what this? those paleo guys are crackpots. I would also appreciate advice on swit ching my diet , as I intend to tomorrow.

    Thannks

    Jessica'

  • @Chrisisms Interestingly, all the real paleontologists agree 95% that at mankind's most "carniverous" period they only had 3-5% from animal sources, probably insects. But even if they ate more "meat" hundreds of thousands of years ago for a short period of survival does not make it healthy. Survival is not health.

  • It doesn't matter if hominid ancestors consumed meat and it doesn't matter how long. There is no mechanism by which humans could possibly evolve into carnivores or scavengers, biologically. There is too much gene flow across cultures, which is reflected in the very fact that humans abandoned their ecological niche for stimulus motives of exploration, regardless of natural selection. Ancestors just needed food not meat specifically so there was no adaptation to meat specifically.

  • Hello , It is unfortunate that their lust for adventure and "exploration" was much greater than their need for health and happiness.

I see it in my lifetime. Unhealthy diets lead to mass dis-ease and mass unhappiness, which then leads to "taking" brainwashed drugs instead of reversing the transgressions in the first place. That is my own "ism".

  • I have to agree witht he points of VeganExposer and DrJessicaSantos. I suggest everyone read Anthony Colpo's response to T. Colin Campbell's lies in his book.

Anthony Colpo is a genius and very thorough researcher. I challenge anyone on here to refute what Colpo says. Google his reply to The China Study book.

  • This guy has a WOMAN FACE !

  • Nope Denise interpreted things PERFFECT just like Anthony Colpo did. Stop making excuses for the FAILURE of your beloved diet cult.

  • you are fitt ,if you want to be ronnie size can you do it whit your diet?

  • You make other nerds look bad with that arrogant showmanship. Don't forget that the rest of the world doesn't give a fuck about your tame and well-funded accomplishments.

  • ... and fruit - whilst it is natural - is also very sweet (contains fructose and becomes acidic to the body, which is of ill effect in the longer term.

I would really to recommend a book to you called The PH Miracle by Dr R O Young, if you havent already come across the alkaline diet, I think you would find it very interesting to say the least. And I'd love 2 hear what u think.

Persoanlly, I have beaten Chronic Fatigue Syndrome through the alkaline diet, & go back when I eat fruit, interesting

  • This is awesome,

I am really glad that people out there are starting to share the information that animal protein is of no use to the human body - and we certainly don't need it for muscle strength or growth (look at guerillas for goodness sake, one of the strongest animals on earth and what do they eat? Bananas and bamboo leaves....).

Anyway, the only thing that worries me slightly Chris, & this is not an attack, but a sharing of knoweldge is that u r eating fruit (it seem daily) - CONTINUED

  • Sir, you look awesome and great your promoting healthy living but to say any other diets other than raw will get you out of shape is just nonsense. There are tons of guys on youtube with great physiques and the majority of them are meat eaters who take protein powders. Personally, I'm a vegan and I will stay that way but keep it real man.

  • @Freelea Thank you very much. I admire you and duriander a lot.

  • ineed classes in my area

  • Dude, you are small. Start eating protein. :) At least 1.5g per kg bodyweight.

  • @Deffine I did not know the goal was to get as big as possible. I prefer to be stronger pound for pound and not have the health problems that I used to when force-feeding or eating animal protein. But you go ahead... do what pleases you... that is what "freedom" means I suppose.

  • @RawFitChris You speak easy with that subversive undercurrent. It's a red flag you got issues.

    That's why you're a lightweight, buddy.

  • @Deffine He looks pretty fucking big to me. Maybe he has to be the size of a Belgian Blue to meet your warped standards? You know, not everyone can get like Arnie regardless of what they eat...

  • Nice one! I have been veggie for 5 years, and sometimes go raw for a couple of days every month.

May I ask where you get your Vitamin B12 from? Do you leave your plants un-washed?

  • how would someone go raw if they are allericgic to nuts? How would someone get there right amount of calories threw out the day??

  • @shampoo02 Are you allergic to avocado? I wouldn't recommend it on a long-term diet or a lot of it but it can help a transition. Starchy fruit such as bananas and sapotes may also make it easier

  • @Chrisisms Its funny that you bring that up , ive eaten avocados before and somtimes they bother my stomach and other times organic ones dont ? Sorry bad speller , anyways im not a meat eater but still sometimes eat some dairy. If you are allergic to nuts or avocados will you just have some problems or get really sick?

  • wow! am actually finding this all to be true Chris! I have many questions of course but the pics seem to answer all the questions! Thanks!

  • My only issue I that the vegan bodybuilders except dormice guy I saw are just so much smaller. I'm liking at his arms thinking how I want bigger arms than that.

  • Chris, how much do you squat and deadlift?

  • Only water is more important than complete protein for your health.

  • @VeganExposer You really fall for that? I am not surprised, most people do not have the guts to try things out for themselves... It is much easier to "prove" or "disprove" something by looking for more an more "research"I suggest you do some research on mathematical metadata vs. data....seriously.. you are doing yourself a disservice if you do not. Also, if you TRULY want to know the truth, try it yourself (Don't just do it do it right!)

  • GOOGLE "DENISE MINGER CHINA STUDY FRAUD"

    T. Colin Campbell LIED. The data did NOT find what he claims

    CAMPBELL IS A LIAR

    RICHARD NIKOLEY EXPOSES HIM TOO

    AS WELL AS ANTHONY COLPO

  • @VeganExposer @VeganExposer

It's already been established that Denise misinterpreted the China Project monolograph. She is not an epidemiologist who is qualified to interpret the raw data made available by Dr Campbell. As Dr Campbell says - "We discussed data use and misuse on pp. 54-82 of the China Project monograph that curiously was overlooked by Masterjohn and Jay'Y"'. - Richard Nikoley, Anthony colpo, Masterjohn, JayY and Denise are all our of their league. Eat some more fruit.

  • Google Denise MInger China Study" for proof of T Colin Campbell's lies. . Your hero T Colin Campbell committed FRAUD .

Spread this everywhere. You cannot defend or refernce The China Study anymore vegan retard.

The truth is out T Colin Campbell is a FRAUD.

GOOGLE "DENISE MINGER THE CHINA STUDY FRAUD"

  • @VeganExposer Denise is a nice person but she's demonstrated a gross misinterpretation of the data due to being incompetent in the field of epidemiology.

There really isn't a single study out there (not funded by dairy/meat companies) that doesn't show that a plant based diet is best.

The China study is a 27 year study which has 700 other studies to corroborate it. Sounds like the meat & dairy industry is getting scared....

  • @Freelea Thank you for your comments before.. ( I deleted them by accident.. Google's new system here) I much admire you and duriander.

  • @Freelea

Up your stinky anus. Her critique matches EXACTLY what ANTHONY COLPO says. READ ANTHONY COLPO, Freelea. The man get things RIGHT.

YOU CANNOT refute ANTHONY COLPO. He is a fellow Aussie and SMARTER than YOU.

  • @DrJessicaSantos

No Offense , but Anthony Colpo is a Moron

  • @Freelea Don't you think all these Veganexposer, obesitymyth,dr.jessicasanto are the same people? They all say the same stupid shit. They always pm me calling me names like there in middle school.lol

  • Do you really only train 1 HOUR a week?? How is that possible??

  • don't feed the trolls...

  • i tied cutting animal products for a month, not eliminating but reducing and replacing it with lentils and other various protein sources. I lost 21 lbs by only doing this and continuing a powerlifting training 4 times a week. I lost so much strength that it just was not worth it in my opinion. Now i think you can probably survive with no animal products and you may even have an average amount of strength/muscle mass with very studied and voluminous diet but nowhere near serious levels.

  • @goodtimes616

Did you eat enoug greens, like a head or 2 of lettuce a day?

i try to do the same but i am afraid of loosing to much muscle

  • @mctradewind maybe about the equivalent of one lettuce but alot of fruit too. I only ate non farmed fish and drank skim milk. I took fish oils to supplement. I'm still eating the same way but to give you an idea my squat went down 50 lbs and deadlift around 70lbs. But i feel alot better overall though and sleep better. As for muscle mass maybe a little reduction not that much.

  • WELL SAID

  • u make me wanna exercise lol

  • lol youd be way bigger with some nice white meat meals =)

  • I think these people are jaleous of someone that looks good and is so healthy looking too. I think you look superlative.

That Dr.MarkSuarezPhD is envious like some woman..

  • hey what do you think about the durian?

i had stomach ache and was bloated because of it.

  • Thanks for putting this out there and letting people know that you can be super healthy and fit on a vegan diet! People always ask about the damn protein, as if they know ANYONE that has had a deficiency...

    Nice muscles, btw!

  • Thanks for sharing your experience. I definately feel stronger eating mainly fruits and vegetables. I never liked working out before because my muscles would get fatigued easily. Now, I feel like I can just keep going. There is definately endurance. Must be the oxygen getting to the cells from the alkalinity.

  • Ummmmm i have a plant protein smoothie everyday and its safe. I have lost weight on it. Its not doing any harm on my body...my muscles are great and tone..soo it works for me...

  • great vid rawfitchris..dnt mind the unruly carnivores who express immature hatred towards what you share..their high consumption of acidic meat affects their thinking pattern so they dnt comprehend truth..notice rawchris's replys are well worded and intelligent, doesnt even express anger toward insult..the carny's replys are simply immature and childish, especially coming from a "doctor"..continue to expose the protein myth i'll be tuning in..blessings

  • ah heres a good qwestion.. how much do you eat? like in fist sizes not cals haha cals are a wast of time, but like a salad with nuts? how often and aproximatly how much... thanks? good vid btw..

  • @MrSupermolemos Thank you- this video was just hastily posted- pardon the lack of professionalism. To answer you question I do not eat nuts and seeds on a regular basis. My diet is 95% fruit and greens. My lunch bowl is the size of what most people would serve to a room full of company.
