FYI - I hate that 'whole bands' didn't perform the songs and add a twist to them. Heavier on some, maybe Progressive on others, etc. This sounds exactly like Maiden, musically......almost. Kinda weak.

People don't realize - Dee actually has a good range and is a trained singer, heh. He just went for the clown look to the extreme of the 80s. He could've easily sang for a heavier or more serious group and done very well. I hated TS, heh. But I respect his vocal skill.

Dee doesn't imitate for sure but his heart isn't fully into it. You can always can tell when that sick mutherfucker is. Either he likes the song and hasn't sung it enough to get it into his bloodstream or he chose the wrong one. Either way he's always my man.

Dee is a beast, I've seen him recently, and I'm pretty sure that is voice is now better than Bruce's one (the nowaday Bruce of course). More power and maybe a smaller range than Bruce but now, Bruce high notes are very boring to hear. I don't think that Bruce could have done better in 2011... But bruce in the mid 80 blew away a lot of singer (except the metal god and a very few others). Keep on rockin'

One of the better covers on this album. Dee has been a great vocalist for a long time and is thoroughly knowledgeable about metal. He's done the right thing, here - he's been himself whilst holding the tune together. The rest of the guys have done an admirable job, too. It's nice to hear a cover close to the original, yet holding it's own identity. As a life-long Maiden fan, I think Dee has done very well.
