I usually dislike superman because the concept of his power is stupid (he's industructible, he can fly, he's super strong, and his only weakness is a green rock) but this fight is actually really cool to watch
Who would win Omega Shenron from GT or Doomsday? Then they should make a fight where Goku at SSJ 4 does fusion with Superman vs Doomsday doing fusion with Omega Shenron. I wonder how that fight would turn out?

no movie can capture what Doomsday was back in the day in the comics. He was just totally out of nowhere, a totally unexpected force of nature who finally did the impossible.

Superman doesn't die in the movie. It's explained that his body shuts down to heal. Superman basically can't die. Doomsday is one of the only characters to push Superman to his limit.

@Killerking750 Akuma can't destroy a planet. Vegeta's Galick Gun was powerful enough to destroy the planet. Goku beat that. That was season 1. Akuma has yet to reach that level. Js Superman or Doomsday versus Goku makes a lot better sense than Akuma.

Superman doesn't die in the movie. It's explained that his body shuts down to heal. Superman basically can't die. Doomsday is one of the only characters to push Superman to his limit.

@Killerking750 Akuma can't destroy a planet. Vegeta's Galick Gun was powerful enough to destroy the planet. Goku beat that. That was season 1. Akuma has yet to reach that level. Js Superman or Doomsday versus Goku makes a lot better sense than Akuma.

@jamestown111 - Superman didnt just save that little girl, he saved the entire world!! If Superman had died before Doomsday, nothing could have stopped it! In the original comic, Doomsday killed everybody in Justice League as a warm up before it started fighting Superman
