Are all of these horses that are looking for homes yours?if so why do you try to find them homes,i mean why dont you keep them? and btw i could never gallop whidouth hands. She dosent look old.I see that she obays :)
@inahorses no they're not mine.. My guys are Jesse, Nessa, Kimba, Termie ( the Gov'ner), and Snap ( Gabriel just passed away after 29 years together). the horses which I show as needing homes are being helped by an organization which I recently founded Amazing Grace Equine which prevents horses who may not have options from being shipped to Canada to be slaughtered. this horse found a home at a therapeutic riding center. currently Dusty and Spats need homes. thanks for helping :)
@inahorses the girl in this vid is quite heroic. she is very young ( about your age!) and managed a barn full when the adult owner died until the horses all had appropriate homes. she did a good job and the woman who passed away ( who taught her the management and riding skills) should be very proud of this little girl who stepped up to the plate in a tough situation from wherever she's watching from.
just some tips your leg should be more firther back and also your reigns could be a bit tighter only tips great riding other wise and well done great video x
It's okay. I really wanted to see her movement uniterupted. She's so beautiful. I'm really interested in her. I', going to see if I could find a place for her, and I can get back to you.
oh good.... and please do stay in touch because although I'm only the videographer...I'm the "link" to her "adoption helper" and there seems to be some degree of interest... the woman placing her is being very careful ( as she always is) so that both the horse AND the new home will end up "happily ever after" :)
I really wanted to see Destany more, but there was RED TEXT in the way. it was quite annoying! She is so beautiful. She would be perfect for my daughter. We don't have the room to keep her anywhere. OI would definately take her if I had a place to keep her. :)
completely sorry about the text overlay.. I thought that I got enough footage of her so that the info posted ( such as height, breed , location, etc) would be better there than on the side.... so many people end up asking simlar questiions. but I'll try to limit the text in the future and try to do more "voice overs" whenever possible. thanx for the helpful input, and I'm sorry that you don't have room for Destiny....I'm sure that the perfect new home is going to find her soon :)
maybe so... but that little girl hasn't had a lesson in a year since the woman who owned the barn passed away...and that same little girl has been managing the barn more or less by herself.... so whatever equitation she may need support with, she more than makes up for in solid gold character :) I'd give her a blue ribbon for that.... wouldn't you ? :)
oh...also PLEASE share this vid w EVERYONE!!! the whole story is very sad, this little rider is doing a grown-up's job managing a barnful of horses ( with her Mom's {non-horsewoman} help) she can only keep so many excercised each day..... she keeps them in fine order... but they need homes to give this young rider help and the horse some 1 on 1 attention too.
This horse looks like my horse Fiddle!
