Well today I did buy cumino to add to my tamale meat . I want to know how many tamales you made with all that Masa?
I watched alot of tamale videos and Dora's masa was the most moist. I will be preparing everything tomorrow and my friends and I will get together sunday to make the tamale and steam them. If I have any triuble Im writing to you all.

Believe it or not I couldn't taste the cumino when the tamales were done.
