The second DVD is about screaming. You have to do the first one before that so you can get the technique right. And if it was good for all the people that she teaches MachineHead, Lamb of God, Slipknot, Exodus and about 100 more then it should be good enough for you- unless you are better than them.

.. just like when u caught .. u scratch ur vocal chords one on the other

in the start u will need to learn how to do it right . soo .. u will have to push hard.. so concentrate on the lower part of ur throat , between ur chest and throat .. in that small triangle that goes inside ur thraot .. push on the stomache .. and do simple things like saying : e , ah , oh , ya , oo .. and then after u get how to controll ur mouth with ur throat .. try to not push and do the longest scream u can ..

when u will be able to do 10 sec scream , start copying other band screams and make ur scream sounds like their scream.. start with as i lay dying .. they dont got alot of words in their songs .. try to MINIMYZE THE DAMGE u do to ur throat .. and when it DOSENT HURT , try to do at list 6 to 10 songs .. when u will do 10 .. u can try to create ur own kind of scream .. or cover other bands .. just dont cover bands that got alot of lyrics or hard screams.

i think what i do wrong is vibrating the wrong part of my throat. that was my problem when i was learning inhale screaming and now i do it perfectly. And, one scream will not hurt me but if i sing a song it will hurt a little.

You don't have to be afraid of losing your voice, it comes back after you rest your vocal chords. What you have to worry about is actually tearing your vocal chords, which is permanent damage. As a young screamer, don't get too comfortable with a certain style, your voice will drop with age. However, if you practice how to do it so it doesn't hurt, by the time your voice settles in your twenties to what it will be for the rest of your life, you'll have a kick-ass scream right off the bat.

And remember, a scream sounds different once you put it behind a microphone so even "shitty" screamers will sound better (maybe not good per se, but better) through a mic. So always work on the technique to sound good without technology, so it will sound fucking brutal once it's coming out of an amp/moniters.
