I have no problem with wiretapping. I have absolutely nothing to hide. I am sitting here watching "Enemy of the State" with Gene Hackman and Will Smith. I always thought that was a scary movie with a lot of truth to it. It is interesting how this movie almost seems to have forshadowed the whole issue over wire tapping. That movie came out about 10-15 years before we ever even thought we would be having that debate.

I am sitting here watching "Enemy of the State" with Gene Hackman and Will Smith. I always thought that was a scary movie with a lot of truth to it. It is interesting how this movie almost seems to have forshadowed the whole issue over wire tapping. That movie came out about 10-15 years before we ever even thought we would be having that debate.

Who cares about wire tapping, the government can tap all they want. all there gonna hear is what my friends are doing on friday or that its my moms sisters friends cousins baby shower. What is the government gonna do with? Its an invasion of privacy but who cares its not like they will hold it against you unless your a terrorist or a felon hiding. But it does scare me that the government can do that, the only reason why they shouldn't do that is because it gives more power and control over us.

Its too bad that telecom datamining is a logical consequence of the world internet traffic. Frontline has an episode suggesting that every government agency may have its own datamine computers with everybodys info dumped raw from the telecom feeds. We all should have voted for Ron Paul. Although I am a liberal and he is a republican, and i dont agree with Ron's stance on abortion, he did want to abolish the nazi/patriot act, remove our occupation in the middle east thats motivating the extremist and finally put an end to the tyrannical rule of the federal reserve system and fractional reserve banking. A climate shift has happened consistently every 13000 years. I, would rather call it a geomagnetic shift. (N and S switches) And with the shift, most likely there'll be some radical and random weather.
