Weapon Packs won't happen because there's not code in Black Ops to support easy making of gun packs, and there's a shitload of other balancing issues in "gun packs" aswell. It won't happen, at least not in Black Ops. Get over it.

When there is only one overpowered weapon in those packs. Those for fun players will quit playing Black Ops. And if they try too much to make the guns overpowered they will get underpowered so then it's a waste of money. But if they will use the stats from other guns like Galil the idea would be awesomer then awesome.
