  • It just looks like they're flinching!

  • What the hell? Is he tickling them or something? He's not doing anything to them and they're jumping around.

  • Sad..

  • lol

  • that so fun

  • I see this kind of "flying" push hand videos over and over again, but i cant believe this is true, i hope someday find some teachers that can show me this kind of things personally... Sorry.

  • id do him

  • I don't understand this. Why were they hopping around like that? The guy barely did anything.

  • @dustin55 .It's interesting and different normal.

  • yea i cannot relate and im an expert fighter, that looks like a tap dancing exercise

  • B.S.

  • @ProjektLament sorry you are wrong there and I have to correct you, its horse shit.

  • nice hopping exercise

  • Brilliant.

  • I dont get this at all...it seems just like a bunch of men over acting in what seems to be a demonstration of what tai chi can do...but i still dont get it, it´s not like he´s a jedi or something. I could be wrong, so please dont hate.

  • This was an insult to real tai chi. Such demonostration was apparently the self reation of oneself, nothing to do with the tai chi application. It was just a laughing stock to me.

  • I'm sorry but you are wrong. They are not helping him.. they look to be afraid of being hurt by this guy. That is why they are jumping away and running off because they are all nervous.

The Tai Chi guy looks to me like he knows what he is doing. =)

  • @L1V1T

Really? sure they look afraid but not because he is extra scary, it cos they are extra wimpy.

  • @Donkyfishy ..I know he is not extra scarey.. Haha yes true they look extra wimpy, just look at the last 20seconds.. funny.

  • @L1V1T

The hopping guy is my favourite.

  • wack, lame, fake

  • dunno about this guy, looks like students are helping him

  • ojeeee...

  • In Beijing WHERE????

  • BeiJing Astronautical & Aeronautical University

  • shit

  • the"look"is so incredible...so tis guy can go n get the champion of k1..haha

  • joker, be practical a bit???

  • check sifu grados lol. now thats some real deal.

  • true

  • lol he isnt even touching him o.o!

  • It's pretty obvious that the other guys are using their own muscles to jump away, and aren't being pushed by some sort of mystical energy. Just watch their legs and how they shift their body weight. They're causing their own bodies to flail all over like someone who had way too much caffeine. Not sure if that's the intent? Is he really supposed to be pushing them 10 feet away by just brushing against their hands?

  • qualche italiano mi speiga questo video ?

  • fraud

  • total rubbish.. when did shaolin monkey style cross with tai-chi?? somebody tell me that..

  • SunnyxiRio, does Professor Huang accept tests from outsiders? I will be in China next Spring and would like to cross hands with him.

  • Sorry, I read your notes too late. You can try communicate with him, in purpose for raise your taichi level. He is in BeiJing now.

  • You are welcome and make friend exchange each other. And I watch your video and know your good experience and level. We need keep contact each other. Prof. huang is in Beijing, and I am in Seattle,US.

  • @winterbee You can cross hands with my teacher if you want. He's in Beijing too.

  • Load of absolute $%^ing bollocks! I'll push with him! Then I might be 'converted'. Would LOVE to have been there and challenge him. Believe nothing until you've experienced it. Typical - all his students a bunch of monkeys - exaggerated theatrics!

  • I have to agree. I've been owned by some very good push hands teachers masters and practioners and never have I bounded around like an angry monkey. I do not doubt any chi that I have personally felt but shame on you your training will suffer and you will be dubbed if you are looking for this kind of thing.

  • rare videos, rare skills.

  • omg this video is hilarious

  • 这位师傅功夫了得 哪里可以学呢

  • more footstomping than a hillbilly bootscooting night!

  • hahaha qi goes where the yi goes, where the qi goes, there goes the jing. without yi-qi-jing there will be no taijigong. This is an example of yong-yi bu-yong li,i assume

  • This is the normal point for traditional, but Prof. Huang has stamped another different way to reach high mountain of gongfu.

  • if i practice qigong will i eventualy, even if it takes a while, learn this?

  • There are 3 levels to chi qong most practioners will go through. Level 1 thinking omg look what i can do, I learned so much so fast. Level 2 holy crap i don't know anything. Level 3 It is nothing more than breathing. Don't be blinded by theatrics.

  • There is nothing magic with chi. If an eel can produce 600 volts of electric current, so the human who has trained his mind for years.

  • dude, are you serious? because if yes, then your logic is of low level. think better, man

  • that was reply for kiwisoft

  • If you can't do it , doesn't mean others can't. You put your self too high, event Eistein told his collagues that he was not as genious as what they thought.

  • "electric current"? :) you don't understand to physics

  • This is ridiculous man, I would knock that guy out with one punch, repell that! All you who believe in this nonsense make me laugh hahahahaha i would like to slap you too hahaha

  • lol go and try it and before u know u are repelled back.

  • In theory bro. Show me examples. These are kids joking obviously.

  • lol no examples to be shown. go and experience taiji jing yourself

  • there are many people in the world who can use qi to propel other's away from them in various ways. real. no bullshit. but...there are FAR MORE who are simply frauds. which is this? who knows

  • These guys are just joking around I hope.

  • Yeah I am tired of this chinese bs. I want to try to give him punches in the face to see if he can push my punches away.

  • welcome you, if you want.

  • So this is done with use of the Chi ? it looks magical, almost unbelievable... but since I know nothing from Chi, It keeps me intrigued... I must learn tai chi :-)

  • This is not qi this is jumping..

  • Tai Chi is not a thing that you "learn" on a weekend, it's a way of life. You can do it better and better but learning never stops.

  • If u're training push hands on plum blossom poles, then u can't use the jumping method to neutralise the incoming force. The whole purpose of tajiquan is to be able to stand your ground while repelling your opponent from your own territory. If u keep retreating, then u're only reducing your own living space.

  • People jump for they would collapse very ugly.

This is the way decent players honor their opponents.

They let them have chance to escape.

  • This is a pathetic showing of push hands.... I have never seen anything so ridiculous! why the hell are they all jumping around like idiots??... push hands is about learning to react to a force automatically without the need for thought whilst retaining leverage and balance... these guys are jumping about like the teacher is shooting them with electric bolts! They aren't even giving themselves a chance to respond to the force given by the teacher. Strange

  • MrPin you are wrong.

If the students are listening, then why can't they stick? Why do they give up their root so readily? They would be better served by at least trying to employ the principles of Tai Chi rather than abandoning those principles.

So they may get uprooted by the teacher.. so what! it's better to try and fail to neutralize honestly attempting to employ the principles of Tai chi than leap around like excited school kids because they are afraid of being uprooted!??

  • take some friends let them jump and take all this on video!then say that now you do secret chi push!

  • the people are going back amd jumping so they don't loose balance in this push hands game.

the people go back not because he uses chi..

the people are doing it on purpose so he can't apply the technique...

its a game of seeing when someone is off balance. the people know they're are going to be in the off balance postiton so they jump back or move away..

  • This is not tai chi,tai chi is NOT magic! I'm sorry, no matter what the arguement about chi is, Tai Chi cannot break the laws of Physics. Tai Chi is a great self defense. It's because of these superstitions that gives it a bad name.

  • No he's not...

    ugghh... .___.

he's not pushing them back with magic..

the opponet is jumping and moving back

so he can't apply the technique to get him of balance...

the guy isn't making them jump...

they jump so the root or center can't be manipulated of balance.

  • This is more a demonstration of suggestibility than T'ai Chi.

Several 'students' are jumping back the instant he touches them, even if this contact is on the fingers of one hand such as at 1.17.

Basically this is total and unadulterated rubbish, I'm frankly surprised the 'teacher' would allow such behavior or condone this video as it only serves to make him look like a total fake.

  • None of those guys seem to be rooting down at all properly. The teacher might be good, but that doesn't really showcase his skill effectively.

  • you have to come and see and experience it by yourself. There may be fake masters, but definitely not this one. I am a skeptic man of science training. If you don't really know about something, it is in-sicentific to call it fake.

  • fake

  • The stomping is thought to release/channel the incoming jing into the ground to minimize internal damage.

  • A bit of real Tai chi here. But in some moves, the students are over reacting due to expectation of an attack. So its not really fake.

  • beyond Chi?? at Yi?? do you know what you are talking about?? Yi is mind, and without it there is no

Chi....develpopement. so how can you say that??

  • don't be so ignorant, and blindly give an opinion without first reading a little about what you are saying somebody else is wrong about.

  • jing is real believe it or not........ when you practice energy cultivation, and transform it to jing, you create electric currents, and as you may or not know all electric currents create a magnetic field along with it. this is what masters use after years of cultivation to toss people. this is also why they "hop" they are not actually hoping...its a natural reaction to the chi passing through their bodies.

  • What is with Goku over here? None of this is real, it is just acting and fake believing, I really wonder why they go along with that, it puzzles the Human mind and makes me ashamed to be a human. I just have so many questions...Why...why!?

  • you should not feel it is your shame. But I agree it is an shame of some one. The video just show us how bad people can make a good thing to be. Taichi is good. But not everything named taichi is good.

  • y r they hopping?

  • What was displayed in this video is true. Master Huang is a retired professor of Beijing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (北京航空航天大学). He teaches Taiji for free for over 20 years.

Most of his students are professors, physicians, scientists, and professionals.

  • This is bullshit!!! I really want to meet this dude too and see if he can make me jump like a little monkey.

  • Maybe you can try with his student. That's enough.

  • These things have been proven to relate to suggestive thought on the recipients behalf. Videos exist of skeptics challenging the 'masters' to perform the same thing on them - nothing happens. The 'master' is puzzled because he's so used to having 'believers' jump about or faint. Looking at the body action of the recipients should be enough to prove to anyone they are throwing themselves, not the master. I'm not biased - I used to do Wing Chun myself. It's just reality.

  • Let's see the videos then. I have experienced it first hand from a different master, and I was one of the skeptics, fully believing it would not work, guess what...it did...

  • I love this clip, he is very high level, almost beyond Chi, at Yi, where can I meet him and learn?

  • Where are you? or canyou give your more information? Thanks

  • To all who believe this is fake my old mentor in tai chi gave me a example of his skills in "pushing hands" and the reaction afterwards of these people may seem overreactive but the power and force behind a puch like that is real.

  • thats bullshit and this is whtas make taiji a terrible bad martial art for serious fighters. what you see here is bullshit. give me a second and i will make him eating the floor.

  • to anyone who has experianced this. what causes the stomping?

  • I never stomped like that or seen anyone stomp like that from my own doing unless they were over feminine or over reacting, but it is real, I think these guys are over reaciting, or that master is beyond anything I know of in skill.

  • that is so fake

  • sunnyxiRio I mean no offense, I have seen and felt this skill before, I was responding to those who said they did not believe, by saying if he had no skill he would have no students.

  • Hered a question for you, if these masters can only do this on their students, how did thier students become their students?

If they had nothing to offer they would have no students.

  • Your "if" is wrong. The naster amzing gong fu is true. Your can certify it yourself if you are holding enough interest.

  • ey man is this foreal or what?

  • sorry... Shi Ming's student?

  • You are right

  • Is this Shu Ming at the Zi Zhu Yuan Park in Beijing?

  • Hi.

    Im at the source.

    Where is this filmed?

I would be happy to go and try myself...i have many times before and have yet to find a guy like this who can do what was in this demo on a non-cooperative opponent

    Where can i find him?

    thanks

  • You are welcome. You can vist him in BeiJing or In U.S. 2 month later

  • He was a student of Wu Tunan. Good demo.

  • This only work for his students.

  • This will only work for his students.

  • No, you can try

  • People really fall for this

    sad

  • I"ll push hands with you any day of the week. Or have a match.... what do ya say?

  • You are wellcome. If you like please keep contact.

  • Amazing pushing hands. Those who trashes the amazing art are those who have not found the Taiji way. I suggest they spend a few thousand bucks to go to the source and experience first hand.

  • Amazing ,yes. High level Pushhand is also better way to keep body health.

  • This is fake crap! Not push hands!

  • Please show your push hand video for view.
