I love seeing white looking people in a black church, that just shows you that they have black in their bloodline. Me looking white, I'm not, I am AA. That is why this white man is there, there is AA in his family somewhere, and he is not white, because just that one drop makes you AA. This is a wonderful service. This man was a mighty leader of the community, and God used him indeed.
As a citizen of Detroit and a member of the Body of Christ I can truly say that Something changed in this city when Bishop Ellis went to Glory. I learned the importance of men of God in the city when he left us, because the atmosphere in Detroit has been VERY different since 1996. Bishop was one of the few who covered "DETROIT" and not just his own church. God bless his memory.
This is a very inspiring video and it brings back many wonderfull and victorious moments in my life from being a part of Greater Grace Temple. I thank God for Bishop Ellis and how he allowed God to help turn my life around to be the person I am today. I thank God for my father in the gospel and how he took me under his wings. I also thank God for his family they are a true blessing.
I truly wish the Greater Grace Temple was in Flint ,that is an awesome ministry. and most certainly sitting under the ministry of Bishop David Ellis ,that must have been awesome,
