  • pretty funny. Grunting isn't really that big of a deal though.

  • People grunt while they work out, screaming is another thing... but grunting...go to golds gym and tell them not to grunt. The rest i agree with.. lol i stopped going to the gym because it seemed more like a hangout then anything.

  • I lift heavy and i grunt...get over it the way i see it as long as i am respectful to others and do what i went to do in the gym every thing else is alright.

  • @SolidRunner that comment was ignorant of me in my young hypertrophy days, now I'm powerlifting i'll accept good mornings, heavy overhead press, pin presses, rack pulls, reverse band exercises ect haha :)
