Most of the time, flushing releases tightness so it's not like it would have caused getting stuck and if it had, as long as the mom stays cool (like it seems she would) then the child would not panic. This type of thing happens with little kids. It was a 21 second video, not a 6 minute one; she took the video and pulled him out more than likely...geesh
