  • Hmm... a little fishy wouldn't you agree. Looks sped up to me. Did anyone see how fast he seemed to get up off the bench. Still a lot of power there. My coach can do 15 reps like that except he has real awesome form and goes really really slow.

  • I don't understand why people bitch about slow reps. The way I see it your pressing the wieght and your getting the job done. Its not like your in a wieght lifting compitition. Good job.

  • I guess THEY are the ones competing and THEY LOST in the reps catagory, so they start coming up with these rules to make themselves feel or look better.

  • ive been reading alot of comments on bench pressing and 75% of them are bullshit,thease people just like to critisize. I think their just jeoulos because they cant bench as much. I wiegh 205 i can max out 320lbs. I started 2 years ago benching 165. My bench nearly doubled. The only thing that sucks is hitting plateus. once I hit 295 I struggled to get 300.then I went up 10lbs in 3 weeks then it took another 4 weeks to get 315. Any good advice you can give me I would apprecieate.

  • @FlyHec I think they're just couch potatoes who need something to complain about on the web because if they would do it irl they would probably get their faces pounded in.

  • How many reps can you do with bad form like me? BTW I can do about 35 reps with 225 with slow, strict reps. Full lock-out.

  • definate power but bad form. strict form would take 5 reps off easy

  • Not the slowest reps I've ever seen LOL, but that is some serious damn strength. Very well done. How much do you max brother?

  • 495 touch and go and 465 with a strict pause on the chest. No wraps, straps or gear of any sort.

  • Lucky you!! You get to keep your nut. It's 313. Two of my plates are 44lbs since they are an even 20k.

  • I hate how all of the strongest men have big beer bellies and short arms, this is a great feat of strength, but the weight doesnt have to travel very far.

  • I'm 5-10 and my arm span is 6-4. I do use a semi wide grip, but most people I bench with cant even reach the rack when they workout with me. So the bar does travel lots more than most.

  • I hate to be a critic but that doesnt look like 315 look at inside weight
