I don't get why anyone would even think there's another option for Blair besides Chuck. Even what went wrong between them in the past contributes to amazing heartfelt scenes like this one... If this were Dan what would he apologize for? "I'm sorry that I wrote we had fake sex on my failed novel"... Loved this scene. They always manage to have the best scenes. How anyone can say Dair beat this puzzles me. Blair and Dan have a nice friendship but they can never have this chemistry. @elehelen1 There was some kind of article/blog post that condemned the show's writers for putting Chuck and Blair back together over and over because of all of the stuff he did to her. It said that it set a bad example for the girls who watch Gossip Girl. I really, truly hope that the writers don't give in to criticism. Anyone smart enough to watch this show knows it's fiction.
