  • This is an honest and scientific explanation to the Nile issue. An even handed solution will benefit all the countries involved. It is time to follow the leadership of

prime minister Meles to resolve this issue.

  • his only good for his tigray, ethiopia has never and will never benefit from his leadership, people are still poor , even worse , people are divided as never before by ethnic lines!!

  • @zechariaszemed In what world do you live in? Ethiopians are very much united, our future looks very bright and we are blessed to have Meles as our leader. In five years, Ethiopia will be a superpower country!!!

  • The man has proved being a skillful politician once again; he understood the game and plays by the rule. Period.

  • hstory comes to pass ...and to show how the greed of a few resulted to gutter poverty of the meek and humble(innocent).. the FAIR USE OF THE NILE has been an issue as long as 1959!!!(even worse 1929) .can a people decide on the use of a common resource while excluding the source . can we split the NILE and say "this water is in our land and only we can use it?"... itslike trying TO SPLIT THE BABY !!!!

THE RIVER NILE RESPECTS NO BOUNDARIES ...NO BELIEFS OR RELIGION...NO POLITICAL AFFILIATION

  • After my recent visit to Ethiopia, he already won my heart and love …. He deserve to be praised … I never thought I like this man.. Now I am …right now he is the only best person in Ethiopia to be PM. I was one of the many diasporas that have been crying about him and his administration …not any more baby… and I wish to all the diasporas to see the works he did and has been doing to our Ethiopia and our poor people.. long live PM and Ethiopia

  • @Balageru Indeed this guy is one of a genies leader of our time; but I’m wondering why Ethiopian in Diaspora an able to see his out standing leader ship. Infect, his remedy is tuff but it works very well and forward Ethiopia to a better position. Here in Washington dc, parsing this out standing leader might anger some of your friends. Any way, I’m glad we are in the same page. His approach solving Nile’s problem is wise and matured.

  • @Balageru why I should believe someone's word, probably inspired of by "chat" the leaves eaten in Ethiopia and boundery counttries, which makes you elecuent and smart sometimes, even you are not intelligent ?

  • @Balageru WHAT AN Ethiopian!!

  • PM meles is a skillfull poltican and i am proud he is my leader...... i think he have to lead us as long he lives...we dont need democray but stong econmical strengh...if our country economically strong,we ethiopian dont immigrate and live in unpleasant way... PM meles if you are doing such a thing as you don now, you will win many minds and hearts in diaspora....meles forever...meles 2015 again..no retirement...

  • @MrNajiibyare: It is Ethiopia's policy not Meles's, King Sellassie, Chairman Mengistu, and now, Prime Minsiter Meles Zenawi, and whoever comes after him will not sit ideal and let his people die of hunger and thiristy. Only a non-Ethiopian, or, the colonization of Ethiopia will stop Ethiopia from utilizing it's own water. "In the abundance of water only the fool is thirsity!!"

  • @AddisuLij

addisuLij, you think this is Ethiopia policy, not give a credit for PM. But to implement a policy, you need an articulate leader who can express clearly and effectively.when we oppose, it should be with a posetive attitude.he adapted a policy a path for Ethiopia development, the hydropower and many construction in ethipia to day.Even though i support him in this issue, i cann't understand how a smart person like him obessed to much on ethnic, trip, village so on.i hope he gets it..

  • @ttemesgen , The Beles Tana project was proposed during the emperor time including the designe and survey. Mengistu also picked on the same project , if u remeber that's when Egypt (Sadat) threaten to bomb Ethiopia. Meles i gave him credit for executing it, and play soft politics to the Egyptians, who otherwise will destablise ethiopia by funding it's enemies. Ethiopia has huge potential to develop and catch up with Egypt, if Meles open the economy more start with Tele allow foregin investmt

  • @MrNajiibyare ey son don't open the door for those monsters let's build a very good relationship is in the Horn of Africa. We have enough let's forgive and get along unless us nobody can solve the problems we are facing today, our division has been bridge for others to control our mind, culture, history, resources...for centuries for other MONSTERS.
