@Sultana1989 its also used in indian tea....my parents use it all the time and adds a gorgeous flavour to the tea...this hot choclolate is no ordinary hot chocolate as you can see. Ainsley is demonstrating how you can be creative with food and drink and create awesome recipies. I'm a cocktail bartender (liquid chef) and i always look to dudes who cook for inspiration :)
