haha, I'll help you out with this one. First of all the gy6 150cc (found in every 150cc buggy) does not have a governor. And you buggy seems to me to be rebranded meaning that it was a twister hammerhead junior that was given a new name because I have the excact make and model and its a twister. The max speed of this machine is 49mph (with modifications)and with out it is 43mph. All in all, its a good go kart and a great video.

I would really recomend Carter Bro. because we have 2 of them and have only had a few minors problems. I do not recomend Yerf Dog go karts though because I think that they are made really cheaply. Hope this answers your question.
