  • i think the 4-2 Breathing pattern is good. It's good for relaxation. Breathing in for 4 seconds slowly, breath out for 2. Repeating steps as needed for relaxation.

  • Is there any particular BREATHING PATTERN that will all one to astral project??????

  • @UTAOUB i know that  lying on the back steady all night is a big plus, its aka a yoga pose savasana (spelling) so the organs are in prime position to shoot energy up the spine into Pineal gland, that is if its not calsified by non-nutrient Fluoride.
