  • thank you KohrsFM for uploading Survivorman, on demand doesn't have this any more, so I like sights like this that don't have some link to some crappy website, thank you.

  • @EternalDarkness316

Thanks, but it's really sad that this show was cancelled/put on hold indefinitely.

  • Comment removed

  • @KohrsFM He'll be back soon.

  • funny...when he said "It's 3 am" it really is was....spookay

  • Survival ceviche!

  • because..... George Bush does`nt like reality t.v. host!

  • In our city we have a flood a few years ago and my dad use the battery of the car to star a tv/radio to listen the news, it works perfect

  • Lol swimming pool

  • i always wanted to break a vending machine :D

  • @talktome828 too bad, 98% got plexiglass (unbreakable) instead of costy and insecure glass.

  • Ceviche!

I've got friends from Peru, bascially the same thing. Fish soaked in lime, with pepper, salt, hot peppers.. etc.

  • even he was surprised the salmon was good

  • @gracenyc3 eventually yeah, it's called trench foot when the skin absorbs too much moisture and begins to rot.

  • @gracenyc3 It can rot your feet (trench foot) caused by prolonged exposure of the feet to damp, unsanitary and cold conditions. Infections a big issue. Advanced trench foot often involves blisters and open sores, which lead to fungal infections. Can lead to gangrene if it gets bad enough. Always remember any injury in survival situations are magnified.

  • @gracenyc3 actually ya its true, it could very well happen if ur skin had a constant prolonged exposure without gettin dry

  • what who has a vending machine in there house

  • @TheBR4D3RZ it was his "office"

  • But last time I broke open the Vending Machine I was Fired.....?

  • around 7:45 , someone shoulda thrown in a baby ruth bar! it'd be funny to see a turd float by whilst he's talking about the disgusting sewer water

  • i know he's being careful, but the bit about the broken glass infected food was a bit much.... great show tho!

  • If you get wet and don't dry in a long time, you get what's called soldier's feet or trench feet. If your skin is damp all the time it will dry out and cause foot fungus and eventually if it's not treated or dried you will get sores and other symptoms that have a likeness to what you get frostbite. Your feet turns blue or red, your skin peels off and eventually you will lose your toes.

  • @gracenyc3 actually the upper layer can fall off... or pretty much soak off

you could rub it off your your hands so to say

  • @gracenyc3

Yes it can if left unattended, it's called trench foot or immersion foot, your skin will peel and fall off.

  • it is harsh you wouldnt know how it fells to be in the water for 2 weeks

  • @gracenyc3 it actually can "search Trench Foot"

  • now he have camera crew lol

  • Take the car battery. Go up the attic. Bring your food, battery, water and some flammable material. Light a fire when you need to cook. You can always do an enema if the water is undrinkable. Might be painful but it works.

  • @Welocy dont forget, open a window or have a small opening if you're gonna COOK FOOD INDOORS. that fire will kill you with carbon monoxide if you dont have an opening to release the byproducts of fire.

  • @gracenyc3 yes it's true. it happened to me in the military when we did survival training in the brunei jungle. my feet got infected later when we reached our base and i still struggle to cure myself of the foot rot till this day. lesson learned, always, always keep your feet DRY!

  • Make a raft out of your car....thats what i recommend =P

  • @KohrsFM it is actually true....ever heard of trench-foot?

  • Any way you should do any thing you can to eat once a day or dehydration will accrue.

  • @Norsty In ever you intook some very bacteria, I can't imagine the effect on hydration that could have diarrhea caused by it.

  • 0:51, that's why you need to buy a high quality/waterproof flashlight like an average maglite or something, no sense in buying those sheeple flashlights.

  • @ApocalypticRedIX

If this would happen, I got everything I need, this video is made for the sheeple.

I uploaded it because no one else did, however the lemon juice trick and water stilling is quite useful.

  • he just touched that salmon with his dirty hands and sucked his fingers after ...

  • i say u go upstairs, and go to sleep cause water isnt going to rise up that high xP

  • @Arkenarge cuz that definitley didnt happen in katrina lol

  • Why is 3am creepy? I mean I know its creepy but why do people say its creepy. Please respond.

  • @SuperWarriorMullet Because 3am is apparently the time paranormal activity is at its strongest.

  • @SuperWarriorMullet Put

You should watch the Amityville movie.

    /watch?v=9fSqS0MrOZ0

Witching hour. Some Jesuits say Christ died at 3pm and the devil is most active at 3am.

  • lol shitty flashlight

  • Cutting tools ???? don't you see any scisors in that OFFICE

  • @Shampoo450 Not always the easiest things to find. Often we're not doing arts in crafts in Operations. That, and usually some other department always seemed to "borrow" our stuff. : P

  • lol thats a universal problem

  • Damn, I was hoping he was going to kick the vending machine in while shouting "THIS IS SPARTA!"

  • oh man that's crazy....If a flood were to hit I think I much rather prefer being in an office building, seems like having a food vendor and some office supplies can come in handy

  • Food is not the issue at all. You can live a month without food. Drinking water is the key issue. An office building might have bottled water.

  • It also has sprinklers,

living a month without food that's something you say to the average man, during a survival that's not an option you should think about and not worry

can't say that to a child, an elderly or someone who has an athletes metabolism.

your already getting a lack of sleep the important thing you need in a situation like being stuck in an office that's being flooded is having energy.

  • The young and then elderly live a month without food in many parts of the world. It's not safe but it can be done. As far as the athlete goes, they simply burn fat first and at a higher rate. Their bodies would adjust in a few days just like everyone else. The body will provide energy by metabolizing fat stores. Water is by far the most important thing. Without water you can died with all the food in the world around you. I teach foraging and survival. It's not about food. It's about water.

  • sprinklers are from the same water source as tap. So no, its not an advantage.

  • They put anti-freeze in the sprinklers, don't drink from them.

  • @EatTheWeeds

You can live a month without food?

I SWEAR to you that you won't be able to walk after a week.

  • @KohrsFM one week fasts are very common, and good for you, even 40 day fasts, yes 40 days, and I mean true fasts, nothing but water, seriously, look it up.

  • @KohrsFM it's said you can survive a month without food if you JUST have water in your system...Water in living things last them longer than food. But yeah, I doubt after week, your body will be of much use.

  • @KohrsFM You may not be able to walk, but you will live. I don't think anorexios will be able, though.

  • @KohrsFM

Look at the pictures of the jews in nazi concentration camps, they went way longer than a week without food and a many survived.

  • @KohrsFM you can live a month without food...i did..you can walk but thats just about it!

  • @EatTheWeeds You CAN live without food. But i can also say this... i would be useless piece of shit if i didn't eat after 7 days XD

  • Les Rules!

  • he should do a zombie surviving video lol
