How amazing was this that this happenend 17 years ago, I would have been 8, I don't know if anything similar was at DisneyWorld but I don't remember :(

I don't know if this is karma at work, but I was only 5 months old when this parade was shut down and I think this was one of the best parades in Disneyland history.

i'm glad they kept the floats and now use them at the lion king show at animal kingdom. :) this one was one of the best

disney supposivley is gonna make parades based on movies again =] this was one of the best!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! gets me teary eyed. all the old disney songs have such a good message to give to people

This was the best, most colorful, the most emotional parade that I think Disney has ever done. It transported you to another place, another time. I believe that we saw this parade about 6 times in the 2 days we were in the park. It will be my most memorable visit. I was working for Disney at the time in retail and had a ball!

I LOVED this parade when it was live at Disneyland. The music started booming from EVERYWHERE when the parade entered with "I Just Can't Wait To Be King" and you couldn't help but want to jump up and dance with 'em all. The floats were beautiful, the music was awesome, the dancers (especially the bird dancers on the poles) were amazing, and it brought most of the park to a standstill while everyone watched and enjoyed it. When Simba roared at the end of "Circle of Life", it echoed everywhere!

I wish Disney could use this parade at Disney's Animal Kingdom. It's really the best parade I've ever seen!
