Dark Souls is great and all, but I really miss Demon's Souls. Demon's Souls was a lot harder and immersed you into the atmosphere a lot better. Tower of Latria and that damn swamp were the scariest places in any video game I ever played. Nothing will ever beat that feeling when you finally defeat the Flamelurker. Dark Souls is cool and all, but I wish they would have made it a bit harder and a bit more immersive.

It really doesn't sound like a good ending when you hear this. It feels like the world will be worse even though you helped lulled the Old One to slumber. It's just gonna be a wasteland of plague and nothingness. Poor Boletaria. :( lol

...was all of the damage that was done to the world worth it to seal away the Old One?
I think there's a moral in Demon's Souls. The main character is just a cannon fodder mortal against an army of unstoppable demons. And he wins through pure determination.
The game almost teaches that determination triumphs strength.
@Gruntfan not quite.In Demons Souls you only destroy following the endless path of Greed and Corruption, for whom do you slay these demons for? for what purpose do you need to harvest these souls. when you start off you are following the wishes of the greater good until you stumble upon this power called Demons soul if a man offered you infinite wealth you would not hesitate to take it. man is the only creature willing to do something like this our Determination turned into greed as you hunted..
This music just spells: "You have beaten Demon's Souls, Congratulations. Rest easy now."

@DevilRebellion =p ye i takes hours espesialy farming stones at 7 luck. then you will get pure black tendency and that makes it even harder =P and ng+ is also harder but the normal playthrough is pretty easy to me. try to beat 4-2 on pure black world tendency. and not overleveled char =P

Tell me: How do I get Pure Black Tendency without having the need to invade other people? It's risky considering how much more difficult its suppose to be.
@DevilRebellion you can feel when youre overleveled when you beat the enemy in 1 hit or bosses in a few hits like in1 or 2 combos. you can get black world tendency by dying 6-7 times in body form. that will move you from pure white to pure black world tendency.
I have the official Soundtrack from the NA deluxe edition, unless it's just named differently, theres only This song as the credits as far as I know, for me to hear or even acknowledge for there to be a different song, guess I'll have to beat the game again since I went for the Good ending....
believe me, there are two songs, the end credits differ as well. i finished it three times and one was with bad ending and the music is different, so werer the credits with a darker mood. i have the asia version tho.
alright, well, I will soon beat the game with the Bad ending....I know this song plays when I beat it with the Good ending, so, I shall find out its name :/ Simple as that....

Just platinumed the game! only took nine playthroughs getting my character tendency from pure black to pure white. But it was all worth it.
