@jillyjobob: Proper fundamentals equal more consistent execution.This player is "crossing his arms" & letting the ball reach him instead of palms up at the highest point. Randy Moss makes some spectacular catches but his fundamentals are poor. He relies upon his superior natural athleticism. He body catches and drops a lot of passes over the middle-when they are often most crucial. Larry Fitzgerald has textbook perfect fundamentals. He will always be a more reliable catch for that reason.

This Drill is difficult if you do it right. The dude in the video is literally jogging upright, and doesn't even make clean cuts. In real life you would sprint to each cone, and make a three step drop, bringing your torso more towards the earth, so your chest is parallel to your knees. Then immediately taking your leg into the direction of the next cone.
