was good rlly good....but that kinda beeping noise was a little high pitch. im startin a "home studo" i say that cuz its just a midi keyboard and player an old dinosoar computer a sound proof room and two bookshelf speakers like yours
great video. and nice setup too. quick question if u dont mind... im getting KRK rokit 5's , do you need an external mixer for these or will they go straight into my laptops headphone socket. i know this is probably the worst option but im slowly building my studio and the advice is very much apreciated. keep doin what you love. -EMOTION1-
what's up blood i use da mv8800 with the fantom x6 i got da motif xs6 a couple dayz a go it's sick still but i wont to sync my motif with with da mv an the fantom any ideas
if you are planning to use your MV8800 as your master and the XS as your slave than use the input of the mv to the output of the motif. Set the motif as midi in the options menu and thats it.
ok, i like this, but i would improve this beat... first,i would change the drum pattern a bit, make it more hip hopy, add, rim, smash, hit hat, and low hit. Into The beat, and smooth hat at end of the kicks. also make it more alive.. by adding string into chorus :D
I appreciate your comment bro but if you listen you will hear me say this is not the drums I am using it just for timing perpose. Second of all I don't think I ever heard of "hit hat" and "low hit" if that is new drum part let me know. This beat was just a quick simple example for those that want to get an idea of how it is done. nothing advanced.
A hi hat is exactly what it says.... A cymbal style drum that is the highest if were on a drum stand. Clash, so forth. Low hat is the one nearest the kick drum. Normally controlled by the foot and drumstick on a real drumset.
i just brought one a few weeks ago, ahh mate they sound the bomb, its my first synth, id been playing and old psr200 for years and i thought i might struggle ,but i havent even touched the instructions yet,but they sound shit hot dude,
Yeah man, I've found that when you layer your melody with different instruments it really brings it alive. Then I usually add the effects. Keep grindin'
GREAT I SUBSCRIBED!!!
but question what do i need to hook up the keyboard to my laptop? does a cable come with the keyboard?

@OZilla612 yo fill me in why is that the worst place for him to have his speaker
dboyva 1 year ago
@dboyva the lower frequencies will reflect off of the two sides of the corner and create an exaggerated amplified bass sound
OZilla612 1 year ago
yea it has a button on the left for that

it is not about the melody it is more about the sounds you choose and the speed of the BPM's.
