  • U know that Parkour is spelled Parkour not Parcour right?

  • @tHawk2971 lol of course i know its just to catch peoples attention... plus maybe fourparKour was taken =P but thanx

  • @tHawk2971 That other response was by my friend that I share the channel with. Yeah, FourParkour was taking, and Parcour is the french way of spelling it.

  • nice thats pretty sweet iv been wantin to try that for a while

  • dude you are awesome how long did it take for you to get this good? and do you have any advice for me??

  • @Statical35 I have been doing it for a year and a half. The first flip I learned was a front flip, and it took me half a year to learn. Here is some advice: 1) Stretch before every workout. It helps a lot. 2) Try to practice everyday. I wouldn't say that you should necessarily practice flips everyday, but it only takes 2 days for gained muscle to start turning back to fat. 3) Some flips take a while to learn. I promise you, with enough time, you are capable of anything. -->

  • @FourParcour thanks man this makes me feel alot more confident!! :D

  • @Statical35 No problem. I'm glad I could help! Honestly, if you ever have any questions or need anymore advice, just let me know!

  • @Statical35 People will learn at different rates too. Like, someone may learn one flip way before you, but you may also learn a different flip way before them. You will learn that you have a certain style, and certain flips will fall under that style. My style is kicking. I learn kick-based moves really fast. Find your style, and use it to your advantage. 4) Find what I call a "motivational click". By this, I mean like counting to 3 or listening to music. When you count to 3, tell yourself that

  • @Statical35 you absolutely have to go on 3. If you do it right, it will work every time. With music, just find a point in the song (usually when the chorus starts) where you tell yourself that you have to do it. It is one thing that really helped me get over some of my fear. 5) The most important thing is confidence. You are capable of anything. Believe that. Know that with enough practice, you can do any move. Don't let yourself think that anyone is naturally better than you.

  • Sorry the editing is a little rough on this one. . .
