glad to read you changed your mind about the mods on this. beyond a suspension lower and rim change, maybe front chin, there's not a lot that needs to be done to make the w124s look awesome. I like the angular, quiet aggressiveness of the design, so much better than the lame w210. I don't know why but w124s just don't look good (to me) with body work. they seem much better as a sleeper than a boy-racer. if i owned it i'd sink my money into engine work rather than body mods. good luck w the bmw.

rims dont suit it the ideal rims for w124 are amg hammerhead rims, like mine. to many mods all u shoulda done is lower it an inch or 2 put some nices rims on it and your done.

yeah dont take everything as serious, I am sure u would like to og back n change the mirrors to the originals, but true to say stock looks better... Strobe lights are for Xmas mate, get the xenons, coz ur front lights are superb.... Keep on riding, just consider the things u put on it, sometimes too much of it or a few crappy details make it look worse than a simple stock MB's. :P g luck with it

I must say I appreciate your choise of car, but what you did with it is... way out of line... Get those mirrors off, lacker the original ones. Steering wheel : garbage can. Headlights are ok, but do need the facelift hood, not the ugly cheap bits of plastic. Alloys : Toyota Corolla suits them better. Get rid of the chrome rims on those mudguards, they are ugly and hide rust, same for the door protections behind the grips. As for the dash : buy yourself a Golf 2 or a Seat Ibiza. You'll love it..

I must admit that the the side mirrors are a total miss on this car, more like for a jap honda R or bmw m3. I'd say you should keep the stock :)

The steering wheel is also a bit silly.

Anyway, the car is very nice and I'd recommend respraying it to black fully!

I forgot to mention. I will tune it in the summer to push more fuel. Also I am doing some more upgrades to the exhaust system. And finally I am thinking of getting a K&N factory box replacement filter or an aftermarket one. Which one do you think I should get?

I would go with K&N. One big reason. if you get a regular aftermarket filter you'll end up with no box. on my w124 the intake is right above and a little to the left of the headers. that means that all the heat comming off the headers is being sucked back into the engine through the intake. without a box protecting the filter all the engine heat under the hood gets sucked back in which will make your car lose power. go with K&N for maximum protection and a little more breathing for the engine
