No, Blizzard never announced a release date and have vehemently denied any affiliation with the various bogus dates you can find online.

Blizzard did announce that the beta will be available in North America and Australia this summer, though, so hopefully the game will be released sometime in the six months or so following that (that guess is mine, again, not official).
