Why is it that GOP congress members insist on appearing to be stupid and retarded? You were told by the President that the Stimulus funds would be released over a span of two years, and we're in the initial phases. The monies are starting to flow, but NOBODY has magical powers and a wand to make everything happen in the blink of an eye. Has the GOP brainwashed you to the extent that you no longer retain an ability to reason? Or are you being deliberate in your false and inaccurate statements?
