The jaguar gave a very good fight. But 300 pounds for an Anaconda is not much. If you put a large fully grow 330 pound Jaguar vs a fully grown 550 pound Anaconda, I don't think the jaguar has a chance in the water. But on dry land, the Jaguar might have a 65% chance of winning.

Not the biggest anaconda iv seen may be 12-15ft which is average for a anaconda anythink bigger and the jaguar would be history..
