Maybe I'm a bit biased because raccoons are just my favorite things ever, but if I were to try and see from a different point of view, I'd say they don't like him because where Sly is in a cartoonish setting and is made to be comical, Rocket is more sci-fi and "realistic". I think they don't really feel the blending of sci-fi weaponry and cute animal characters...

@Matster196 Go for it! Rocket Raccoon can be one of the most difficult chacracters to beat if you master him. Mastering his rocket skates is important though. I wish you luck on that. I tried him but he didn't complete the synergy of my team. Good luck!

actually the easiest way to level up is to do a 25 hit combo with bottoms up snap shot call jam session and snap it again it costs no meter and you get lvl 5

My groups are awesome. i have like the best mobile characters for range. I got vergil for his teleport, Frank for his assist+Camera to survival techniques, then i go to hawkeye to ground bounce to violet fizz to ground shot which instantly kills if i pull off the combo. I feel bad when they assist when i do this tho XD

The character Rocket Racoon was influenced by the Beatles (famous British band from the 60's) and their song Rocky Raccoon, he was given a British accent as homage to that. And the accent is British, I can because so am I.
