@xIGRaPHiiCzZ would be pretty hard considering that it's kind of a basic color correction but there's a lot of knoll light and twitch used with keyframes to get it to have that flickering look--which requires after effects. you could try using a desaturation and highlighting blues and orange hues with the secondary color corrector if you just want to get a kind of sunset mood.

@GotMontages yeah, but after effects is better with keyframing that kind of stuff. plus the lens flares in sony vegas don't look nearly as good as the ones in AE.
