Hey I have a quesion...can u have a panic attack without it being going to an emergency room...this is what happens to me oh and I have social anxiety...but this is what happens with me...my heart races, my chest hurts, and it feels like I can't breathe and I feel like I'm going crazy and my nerves get all shaky...is that a panic attack?

@pmgintheflesh This happens to me and did in class, it was awful I thought I was having a heart attack, but listen, ignore it, just gradually breath and remind yourself YOU ARE FINE.

Im 18 and have delt with panic attacks and ADHD and tourettes since I was 6. I have no social life since I can't drive. It's getting better but not to the point were i can get a job or go to party's with my friends hopefully soon it will get better.
