i have the same truck im just working on it now but you know you can get a upsized altinator for in these and it would take away most of your trobles there with the lights still need a capacitator but it will work better

Nice car, and system. But I am not a big fan on kicker systems, they're okay for sound pressure level and bass. I am more into the sound quality and bass. I am running the MTX audio TS8512 is the same as L7, I have used the Kicker CVX 12 inch didn't like it, pretty the difference is one is round and one is square. MTX audio can't go wrong.

No need to hate man, an extra battery without a highoutput alternator would strain the stock alt so much it would kill it faster... Can setup a relay system but still a HO alt is the best upgrade to make when you're pushing over 1200 rms. Yeah those subs can pound way harder no doubt but without enough power to the amp it will cause sever voltage drop leading to a clipped signal... Clipping kills subs man and in a hurry...

For one, turn that shit up. Those l7's can hit so much harder than that. They were hardly moving. My comps hit harder than you were playing (and i have some shitty subs at the moment). And you need to get an amp and some new door/rear speakers. Don't let your highs and mids get drowned out by all that base.
