VLC's video conversion interface is very advanced due to the fact that you have to set up EVERY setting for the video. I don't recommend using it unless you are really advanced as far as encoding videos. I recommend using Format Factory (W W W (Dot) formatoz (DOT) C O M. It's free, pretty easy to use, straight forward, and can convert to WMV, MP4, etc. And supports a large array of video formats. Hope this one works and helps!
Im not looking for these fucking converters anymore. Ive spent over 10 hours over a period of two days searching. I have WINDOWS VISTA HOME BASIC. I have MP4 files i need to get into MOVIE MAKER. I also have VLC media player. FUCKIN SOMEONE HELP ME PLEEASE.
i need help with avc converter, can you tell me how to change the video size for mobiles? i tried all but it does not fit to my mobile screen. its always small.
@MrShahzaib7 Different video's have different aspect ratios. The converter fits the video but maintains the aspect ratio but in doing so it makes the video have black bars on your device. If you want to stretch it then you need to turn off the resizing option in the preferences menu. (Where you can tell it to fit in either the height or the width. Just uncheck the resize square) After that, it shouldn't maintain the aspect ratio anymore. Hope this helped!
@FragBashers I personally have never had that problem with Fraps files with AVC, but it might help to try another video converter then. I know that HandBrake is pretty good for Fraps files to put on Youtube. But you can also try Hamster Video converter (Free) Freemake Video Converter (Free). You could also try to reinstall Fraps to reload the codec that Fraps puts on the OS in order to play it and see if that helps. But if not, then I would try another converter. Hope this helps!
anyvidconverter really sucks!! my youtube download always FAILED!! what a shit >.< so im here to know WHATS THE BEST VID CONVERTER .. for phone or any churva stuff..
@MsRaeco625 Man I really need an update video on this. Umm, for right now I would give freemake video converter a try, or hamster video converter a try. They are getting a lot of attention and are 100% free. I suggest you take a look. This video is far too old and in my opinion is no longer valid.
Dude your the best, i would've spent hours on the internet look for these type of software but you made it a million times easier, i owe you my gratitude!
ok anyone please reply to this cause i need help soon! i use winx hd video converter and i need my hd pvr videos to be converted from mp4 to wmv because im still on windows vista. but anyway, i set winX to keep the fps at 60 and i check the progress and it sometime says fps:30-47 so please anyone i need a converter that keep the video locked at 60 fps and preferably runs hd videos. please help asap
@SharpShooter6191 Well, you can give freemake video converter a try, you can give hamster video converter a try. Or if you want to pay for one then I would go with AVS Video converter.
@PuR3official2 Actually, humans can only see up to 60fps. Anything beyond 60fps is supposed to be unnoticeable. That's why gamers want at least 60fps on their games because anything higher doesn't make a difference visually.
@PuR3official2 Well if you want to get really technical about things, the human eye doesn't see in terms of "Frames Per Second" and is actually just determined by the light that gets processed. So really, there is no set frame rate. However, since scientists have determined that around 60fps is where the human eye can no longer process the difference at a frame rate any higher than 60, then that means that the light that gets processed is around 60fps.
i was using full video converter 9, and loving it, till i was using it today and i trojan came out of it, or the downloaded vid i was processing. now i cant find full video converter 9 anywhere. gotta be better than these suggestions...
@PrimeTargetSecurity That's weird, you should boot your computer into safe mode and run your anti-virus and see if it finds anything. I have tried that converter and it's alright. This video is pretty old and I have much better suggestions for free video converters now. Maybe I'll make another video. If I were to suggest any to you, I would take a look at either Hamster video converter or Freemake video converter. Both are free and work very well.
@randomraretutorials yeah it was a 30 day trojan and it was day 30 ha ha. i cant refind full video converter 9 anymore now either. knockoffs but not that one. thx for the advice, but i figured it out. that hamster one required the new 3.5 framework update from microsuck and when they started asking for my personal info on the survey just to try it - not my thing. and freemake, on last check, watermarks the output vids. i found prism - its ok... a temp 15 day trial but ill try to fix that.
@PrimeTargetSecurity Freemake video converter does not add any watermarks to your videos because the converter is freeware, I know because I have used it several times. You could also try any video converter free as well.
@MrSinghb I believe vp6 is used for Flash videos. Any Video Converter Free can convert to Flash, Prism Video Converter can convert to flash, and so can SUPER. I think vp6 is the codec used to make a Flash video, the file would then have an extension of .flv. I hope this helped!
Seriously EVERYONE HAS THE SAME PROBLEM WITH MP4 files but NOONE HAS AN ANSWER.
Im about to have some fucking stranger do this shit for me. Im sick and tired of doing this!!!
I dont want to pay for a converter, or new video editng software, i just want to go like

@SharpShooter6191 there is no need for 60fps anyways humans see and about 30fps so we wouldn't notice it...
