Nice job and very helpful in slow motion. I have the Kodak Playsport mini cam to watch my tennis stroke techniques in slow motion. Is this what you are using for this video? I'm not certain my Kodak plays back the sound in slow motion. Hope you find the time to put up more videos like this. Very helpful.

@la196 Thanks for the nice words. I used a Microsoft 720p LifeCam Webcam and edited the video in Adobe Premiere Elements. The slow-down effect was done in Premiere Elements.
