  • narrow in brash

  • I see this DRAW

  • O co w tym chodzi to ja nie ogarniam kurwa :/

  • You can hate Brashear all you want, and I'm not too crazy about him either, but when he got that left free he was fucking dangerous.

  • Great scrap for Brashears one, there is NO ANY WINNER.

Orr landed better, but Brash landed more.

You can call that edge Brash maybe but more a draw to me.

  • ufc on ice

  • @theroc5851 Top 7all time. Probert - Brown - Brashear - Laraque- Kocer - Simon - Wilson - Put em in any order you like. The truth is Brash fought longer and with more success than almost any player in history. He was still kicking ass up until he was almost 40. Most of his hugging and loses were in his first 3 or 4 years. I am not new to hockey. I also live in Philly, so I've seen lots of fighters come and go. Brash had an 11 year period were he was kicking everyones ass. Too strong.

  • @harwicke top 7 all time? don't think so! you need to go back further and watch fighters like stan johnathon, chris nilan, pj stock, cam neeley, eric lindros, rick toccet . trust me after watching those fighters you will change your top 7

  • @moemarsh69 I grew up in Philly. I've seen it all. Brashear was way too big & strong for Johnathan & PJ Stock. Those guys would have been middle weights a couple years ago. Nilon was a fucking punching bag. Neeley & Lindros were great players that could fight...Not every day enforcers. They didn't fight enough to even consider. Tocchet was one of my all time favorites but, he lost a lot of fights.

  • @harwicke if you are a philly fan what do you think about dave brown

  • @khav11 #2 behind Probert.

  • @harwicke Behn Wilson, Larry Playfair, Dave Brown, Clark Gillies, Donald Brashear -- you can throw Probert and Laraque in at 6 or 7. The best fighters are the ones that never lose. Wilson, Playfair, Gillies, and Brown won more than 10 fights for every one they ever lost. Probert was lucky if he won 3 for every loss -- and he took some highly embarrassing beatdowns

  • @justice008a Playfair...No. Not enough video of his fights. I don't trust verbal descriptions... I have to see it.

  • @harwicke whether or not you can see his fights doesn't impact his fighting prowess. Seeing doesn't seem to matter a lot to you anyway. Did you see the beating Probert took from Belanger? from Ewen? from Laus? from Brashear 4X? From Crowder 2X? from Simon? from Berube 2X? from McKenzie? from McCarthy 2X? from Clark? from Kocur? from Tamer? from Morrissette? from Langdon? from Shelley? I could go on.... unfortunately. #1 means you don't get decked, ragdolled, or busted open like Probert did

  • @justice008a Seeing it is everything. Example: Half the fights you describe as "beatings" are really an inaccurate description of what actually happened. Playfair didn't fight as much as Probert and he fought in a different smaller era vs alot of bums Probert in his Red Wings days was awesome. He stayed in the game too long and while with the Hawks got beat up by bigger younger players. Probert was also one of the most entertaining fighters ever. His style exposed him to some punishment.

  • @harwicke oh come on -- what Belanger did to Probert was an absolute raping. I watched both players; Playfair was feared and very few other enforcers dared fight him. Being entertaining does not make the best fighter. Be as entertained as you want at Probert's fight with Craig Coxe for example -- and just ignore the fact most elite heavyweights dispatched Coxe without the trouble Probert had. Brashear fought longer and maintained his dignity; Probert lost more than he won the last two years

  • @justice008a I don't buy the line that players were too afraid to fight Playfair. Back in the day he could have initiated fights but he picked his spots.. Beating up pugs like Chris Nilon & out right bums like Torrie Robertson isn't that impressive. Ducking guys like Behn Wilson, Dave Brown & Probert tells you more.. Losing badly to McSorley & Byers tells you even more. No way is he in the top 10 or top 20 for that matter. And you have zero video proof to make that case. ..

  • @harwicke I don't need video proof. I watched him play; you have no idea who he is other than clips and word of mouth, so we'll go with what I've seen rather than your guess. Since you're so fond of "video proof" I suppose you have some of Playfair "ducking" these fights? Or maybe you're just talking shit out the side of your ass. You argue Playfair "lost badly" to Byers or McSorley and try to say Probert getting demolished is "an inaccurate description". Man you are seriously out to lunch

  • @justice008a Ok... live in your Playfair fantasy world. Shit .. I'd put Paul Holmgren over Playfair.

  • @justice008a So you had season tickets to Sabre and Kings games? Most of those games were never even broadcast. So you saw him a few times? Big deal... You didn't see his whole career or even half of it. You are going by some hyped up local announcers. Who was "So afraid" to fight Playfair.? Ha ha ha You are so full of stupid. Go away now class dismissed.

  • @harwicke class dismissed LOL -- you never saw the guy play or heard of him but you're gonna school people who did LOL. Your credibility was shot when you started making excuses for Probert's huge losses, then in your next breath denegrated another player for a draw with Byers (which could be given to Playfair for his superior strength in the takedown) and a narrow loss to McSorley. You wanted to put him outisde top 20 for those two fights? LOL -- then where the fuck does Probert rank??

  • @justice008a What do mean I never heard of him? My family had Flyers season tickets from 79' - 88'. I saw the toughest players that ever played. The Flyers always pushed around the Sabres & Kings back then. Ran the goalies and everything. Playfair didn't do much with Holmgren, Wilson & Brown. At the spectrum he was quite. My Top 10... 1.Probert (you are an idiot if you don't realize he was the best.) 2.Brown 3.Brashear 4.Wilson 5.Laraque 6.Kocur 7.Simon 8.McSorley 9.Twist. 10.Nystrom.
  • @harwicke no offense bud, but I'm game to debate if the person I'm talking to knows anything; life's just too short to have to explain everything to you from ground up. You don't even know Larry Playfair from Jim Playfair; you need to be told the difference by others. Go bother someone else with your nonsense -- I have better people to debate. Also FYI Kocur was a puncher, not a fighter. That punching bag I told you about named Craig Coxe put Kocur on his ass. Also look up DAVE RICHTER LOL

  • @justice008a I don't need to look up Richter he played for my team while I had season tickets. Kocur was a puncher not a fighter? are kidding me with that stupidity? Duh, lets see... what happens during a fight?... PUNCHES!! God you are too dumb to talk to. Larry isn't in the top 10 sorry bud. Jeez.. I could put Barry Beck, Larry Robinson, Clark Gillies, Wendal Clarke, Jack Macilargy, Paul Holmgren Should I go on? All ahead of LARRY.

  • @harwicke Very good list by you but i think you and Justice verbal war is going to DRAW more LOL.

Larry Playfair is such like Top10-13 fighter of all the time.

  • @justice008a The only guy I can point to that was a heavy who fought alot and never got really beat up was Behn Wilson. He may have gotten edged on a few decisions but he never got beat up his whole career.

The only thing is he fought very little the last few years, and I have seen every one of his fights.

  • @justice008a Yep old Probert lost more than wins, its normal.

But i can understand your point and logic very well.

Probert is interesting to rank, that is he a Top1, 2, 3, 4 or 5 of all the time.

Guys like Brown, Wilson, Brashear, Kocur and Twist challenges him seriously.

Also older Brown lost his some fights for sure, couldnt beat young Ray who was more a punching bag type in his first 1-2 seasons int he NHL.

He also got pounded by Simon and Baumgartner edged out him.

  • @MrJuha82 wrong wrong wrong baumgartner got destroyed in their first tilt and the last one was a draw simon never pounded brown just edge him narrowly and got a draw. ray was just lucky to beat brown but brown never felt dazed or anything so and playfair is in my top10 for sure. also i still think brown should be number to probert probert lost more than 50 bouts and got ko too many times end of discusion case closed finny boy

  • @khav11 yes i know Bomber got destroyed by Brown but later Bomber edged out him. Simon scored one clear win over Brown and other was more a draw or edge Simon. Brown was more veteran at that point of his career we know, so we can defends him. Brown , definetely excellent fighter. I dont get it when someone are saying he is no Top5 fighter lol.

  • @khav11 You can make a case for Brown over Probert, but Brown didn't have nearly as many fights, and most of Bob's losses were very late in his career. It's why Behn Wilson had so few losses. Because of a bad back, he never had to fight past his prime.

Brown lost multiple fights to Nilan, Miller, Simon & Cronin. He also lost to Kyte, Ray, Huard, McKay, Odelein, Odjick, Grimson, and got TKO'd by Kimble, Cronin, & PROBERT.

He was done at 32 (had 3 fights at 33)

    20 of Probie's losses came after 32

  • @BoSoxnation1972 bad wilson never lost clearly a fight and he played in the time the nhl was what i call the meatgrinder with the tough fucks of 80s. i never said brown was invicible but watch his cards in in 83 to 91 pretty much a fucking monster losing what 1 bout in each 25 wins? 83-91 was all his in my opinion

  • @khav11 It's a legit argument about Brown, but regarding Wilson, Wensink dropped him with a left. Granted, Behn was a rookie, & landed a few great shots himself cutting John's forehead, but Wensink TKO'd him. Fotiu also got the better of him.

Do you know who else never really lost decisively? Barry Beck-and he was an unreal player. He fought Brown & Wilson.

The only problem I had with Behn was that he wore a helmet in an era where none of the other top fighters did. It gave him a HUGE advantage.

  • @BoSoxnation1972 beck lost to wilson clearly i recall

  • @harwicke I do agree about Brashear... he had a very long run at the top, I always thought peoples racism clouded their opinion of him.... But you can't ignore his early huggy bear years in Montreal either... ... Probert hurt Coxe in both fights. Coxe was never the same after. Every fighter loses bad if they fight long enough.. Look what Probert did to Dave Brown.

  • @harwicke "look what probert did to brown" thats only one fight brown was tougher.

  • Brashear will be fighting on june 4. in the event called Ring Side 11, a ultimate fight league. al colisée pepsi in québec city. rock on.

  • 0:21....that was a fucking punch

  • 1:11 furst purried

  • brashear's a tough old dude, but he plays like horseshit.

  • man Donald Brashear is a real tough guy, he fought till almost 40 years old and was still good

  • I give Brashear the win but Orr is a damn good fighter. He always gets some good punches in.

  • It really shows how tough Brashear and Laraque are, when they fight guys like colton orr, and do this well in them. i give the win to Brashear in this one

  • Calm down rangers. Brash win

  • Donald Bashear Donald Bash Hear

  • One of the best fights you will ever see.

  • I don't see why we need to discuss race... this is a hockey video, not sociology. I personally think Brashear is overrated, but Laraque was a fucking beast. Best fighters now are Boogard n Belak.

  • @17MJG93 what about steve macintyre or andrew peters

  • Screw off phony. You're a scummy, ignorant parasite.

  • @ryderluke

you 1/2 breed....your mom did the black cotton candy vender behind a dumpster at msg.....you were concieved ....and then you got a computer.....lol

    clown....lol

  • Both men are class acts and gave a good account of themselves.

  • @ryderluke he does have some ridiculous ape-like arms, but get the fuck off the internet with comments as ridiculous as that

  • your the champ orr keep on sluggin

  • i'd call that a draw. Brashear threw maybe twice as many punches but didn't land anymore than Orr did ...

  • Comment removed

  • brashear is a dumb player who only wants to go in an infight with the toughguys from the other teams, but hes far from contributing sth usefull to his team or the NHL.

  • I like both of them... that was a great fight

  • Orr is at the top of his game right now. If this fight happened now, Orr would win. I see this fight as a draw.

  • @crazyfuk100 i see it as a draw too, but its not fair to say fight NOW..brashears 38..if they both fought in their best shape, brashear would win i would think, but idk

  • I gotta give this one to Orr.

  • @StonewallJackson26 this was a draw, and all the other fights won brash easily

  • @Taubi81 I disagree. Orr landed the power punches. Brashear just simply flailed his arms about. Donald landed nothing.

  • McSorley knew how to deal with Brashear. He applied some lumber to Brashear's bald fat head.

  • Big bruins fan here but colton orr is the man

  • Brashear sucks! Go Orr!

  • great fight yes but yeah brashear gets the nod on this one.

  • brash decision orr

  • cheap elbow/slap at 0:40

  • Go Rangers!!!

  • ummm.. no he didn't

  • Orr destroyed his ass.

  • i wanna hear what they were saying

    lol

  • Brahear is a complete jerk. When the refs

held them to separate he threw a cheap

punch..no wonder he was clocked on the

head with a stick a few years ago...he

agitates the **** out of people. Love it

    when Laraque beat his ass...severak

    times.

  • yeah a cheap punch, you can really see orr complaining about that one too....

  • if Rangers love colton orr why they let him sign with the Toronto Minor league team oh wait i mean NHL team maple leafs me error....Not

  • @Lehnerd57

    because sather is an idiot.

orr, betts, sjostrom was an awesome 4th line and the rangers just let them go.

  • orrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

  • i love orr

  • i love orr

  • portch monkey

  • So, like did Brasheur lose his balls when he became a Ranger? He doesn't deserve to be a Ranger. Brasheur can't even take body shots! Orr is the best..we miss you, Colton! Pleeezze come back to NY! You will always be a Ranger!

  • Would you want to take a body shot from a guy who is 6'5 250? Macintyre is on tough SOB!

  • Orr is 27 . Brash is 37 and still holds it down with the toughest dudes. give credit where credit is due

  • @thegliphic exactly, racist pricks just cant except he can drop bombs with either hand and dominate when he can be bothered. if he's motivated and angry he just wrecks enforcers

  • @thegliphic When you look at his whole career, Brash has to be in the all time top 5. Maybe top 3.

  • Colton Orr is 27 in his prime. Brash is 37 and he still holds it down with the youngsters. brash is still one of the badest dudes in the league. give credit where credit is due.

  • Brashear blows apes

  • wat the fuck are u talking about that was even enuff

  • @chronicganja brash 25 landed orr 14 who won?

  • brashear throws fast but not very hard punches compared to orr who puts all his weight into his punches...or try's to.

  • WTF?? Draw buddy!

  • Hell yah, Orr's the man! Hahahahaha

  • i love just reading this shit. anyways hah pretty good fight eh over a min long

  • o would love to be a hockey fighter

  • I like Brashear. There's just raw emotion when he fights.

  • Screw Brashear...I enjoy it when he gets

his ass kicked like he did when he

used to fight Laraque..Brahear's a jerk..

he deserved getting the stick on the

head a few years ago...he act like an

    ass and showboats after fights..unless

of course he gets his ass kicked...

  • Since when were Rypien and Brashear both ex boxers?,Ryps father was the boxer and he taught Rick the fundementals of boxing and Brashear only trained as a boxer before deciding to take up hockey...

  • they just went at it 2 mins ago brashear won

  • I'd say this was a draw

  • i wanna see brashear vs rypien. they both have some of the best punching skills in the league, since they are both ex boxers. see if rypien feels like taking on one of the best heavies in the league.

  • top 5 id say not saying he is going to beat everyone but his fights are really exciting to wqatch usually with his right !

  • Orr kicked the niggers ass.

  • you can't be serious, belak's one of the best.

  • yeah I know but I'm a bitter habs fan lol

  • i don't know anything about Belak except the fact that he knocked brashear right on his ass with one big punch so i don't know what you're trying to say seamus

  • seamus...really? He'd kick your

    candy ass.

  • Yeah? Well I'd kick yours

  • Great...another Internet tough guy...I'm

really scared...you just think you're tough

I used to play the game bud and we

fought all the time. What's your claim

    to fame?

  • You're the one that started running your mouth what'd you expect me to sit here are smile? I still play the game, have my whole life, its not a "claim to fame" just a fact. So what if I don't like Wade Belak. Its none of your business. And if I want to stand on my soap box and shout it to the entire world theres not a god damn thing your dumb ass can do about it. Oh and I'm not your bud, bud.

  • You're running your mouth as well so

who cares? That's what this forum is for..

everyone to some degree runs their

    mouth. Lighten the **** up.

  • Comment removed

  • Screw you Dilyn..you might as well tell

that to every person who comes on here..

This sight is for the aggressive and somewhat immature hockey enthusiasts

    ...so what??

  • you bitch dylyn(womens name) lol you dont like fights cause your a women srry even women like watching u.f.c dont watch it prick... hahahahah

  • @seamus021001

You say this and claim to play and watch hockey? I must have missed the games you were watching.

  • Jarome Iginla

  • Woot If you piss anyone of the Leafs roster Your dead meat By This Guy :D

Colton ORR = BEST FIGHTER IN HOCKEY!!

    (Right Now)

  • Orr by decision

  • It true for a good fighter but he is not the best.

Orr is a lvl 3 fighter with George Laraque, Donal Brashear, Derek Boogaard, Wade Belak, Eric Godard and Brian McGrattan.

  • You pretty much just named the best in the business with Georges Laraque, Donal Brashear, Derek Boogaard, Wade Belak, Eric Godard and Brian McGrattan.

Colton Orr can beat anyone, so he's definately a bully. I say can because he has the ability to do so, the outcome varies.

  • colton orr my favourite fighter in the nhl

  • Don"t Hate what you Can't Control.

As For the Racists If Not black yourself. Then Go Fuck yourself Cock Stain.

  • What are you talking about?

I didnt say anything racist in my post.

  • Comment removed

  • this stupid clueless fuck Glen Sather let a 27 year old Colton Orr walk away and replaced him with 37 year old Donald Brashear..........Fire Sather now

  • AWESOME FIGHT!

  • i wish we still had orr instead of brashear

  • wut does every1 have against the word nigger?? and im w/ u mitchhedbergrip, Orr all the way

  • when we play Toronto and Orr and Brasshole fight, Im rooting for Orr.

  • I'm rotting for NY.

When Sean Avery starts the fight with Orr, hopefully Brashear will end it.

  • you dont have to make it racist,,,you jerks

  • LMFAO!

  • looks like the Rags and your mom both have something in common.

  • lol this nigger would feed you lefts for breakfast, lunch, and dinner pal

  • Yea i cant wait to see Brashear and Orr drop the gloves.

  • i remember this game...Orr put up an awesome fight. Still can't believe Brash is in blue, now...

can't wait till the first Leafs/Rangers game next season. =]

  • Good fight. it was even

  • We're going to miss Orr in NY.

Btw - what's Hollweg's deal in Toronto? He finished in the minors, no? Would be funny to see them playing on the same line again...

  • i wish orr was still in new york so he could kick his ass in the locker room

  • Ahhhh.......how would you know?

    where you in there?

I love Orr. He put Dale Puriton in his place, Puriton tried to "gauge" his eye, and Orr still won the fight. Plus Puriton's roster spot. He is making 4M for Toronto, good for him, he earned it. But let's be real, when the bell rings next season........"I'll put my money on BIG DONALD!"

  • Hollweg is pretty much done in Toronto. He's a restricted Free agent now, and likely won't be resigned. He may get picked up elsewhere, but looks like his time in Toronto is done

  • Welcome to Toronto Colton Orr! Can't wait to see the Leafs team in 09-10. They are ganna be pounding on teams pretty much every game.

  • I'm a leafs fan, and I admit he's not going to win all the fights, but give Orr credit for standing up to the big guys.

  • damn im a leaf fan, but this the 5th straight video ive watched of orr and he gets creamed each time

  • you think orr got creamed in this fight? i guess thats cause youve only watched the shitty leafs fighters since domi left and havent seen a real win.

  • He's got a heart of a lion but short arms of a seal. He's trying to speedbag big donald's bald head but he just ends up flailing Donald's shoulder.

  • welcome to toronto orr :)

  • Why did we sign that fucking gorilla?

  • orr out, brashear in.. sad day for the rangers

  • good move by the leafs getting orr

  • BIG TIME!!!!!!!!!!

  • Finally someone to sort out Lucic when we play Boston from now on, christ last year he fucked us over pretty good but Orr will show him some fist if he tries it again next year.

  • the leafs should sign colton orr.

  • They just did!!!!!!!!!

  • they just did haha

  • you are psychic lol

  • They Just Did! LMAO

  • I love this signing The Leafs really lacked toughness last season...does anyone know Is Brad may still under contract with the Leafs? I hear they made an offer to Chris Neil? I like May he's older, but everyone says he's good guy to have in the locker room and he can still throw'em down when his team needs it...but Colton Orr he's a heavy weight for sure...I still say We never should of let Belak go, but Orr's great too!

  • @starlightgirlrules , Brash is now retired.

  • Monkey like banana.

  • Looks like Raymondbx10461 is sticking his fat mouth in where it doesn't belong.....incidentally I see your music tastes are Eminem+ 50 Cent......pretty clear to me where your head is...in the gutter listening to that crap!

  • hey blueguy.....why stick to arguing on one page? go to Orr vs Brashear Dec 12, 2007 and let's start a new page of trash talk....at least on this page Brashear beats the ever living crap out of Colton Orr - it wasn't even close....and yes...the Rangers suck on this page also!

  • u got somethin to say about the rangers muthafucka? ill kick ur ass old man

  • hahahaha old people are just sad sometimes HAHAHAHA ohh man he called me BlueBALLS instead of blueguy!!!!get it??? thats so clever and original!!! this guy must be really smart! ohh and he really knows how to push my buttons by saying the rangers suck! I wonder what team he likes probably the devils or some mickey mouse team. I just feel bad for his kids and grandkids they must be fucking retarded having to deal with that cocksucker on a daily basis and be in the same genepool and whatnot

  • once again the "blueguy0889" shows everyone his stupidity and ignorance. If he was a true NY Ranger fan he wouldn't have to ask who Ron Duguay is....remember he was the fag who wore long curly hair on his head like the hair on your ballsack.....let's try and get back onto the subject matter...your team...the Rangers....suck. Period. End of story. They lose in the playoffs every single year.

Now....let's hear an intelligent response to that indisputable fact.

  • I guess storytellersunion is stupid enough to think that I would list any real personal info on a public website where any moron like him could look it up....nice try butthole!

  • dear "handrew".....regardless of whether or not the Islanders make the playoffs or not...we all know that every single year that the Rangers DO make the playoffs...they LOSE...Period...end of story....loser.

  • "I have been following Hockey since 1974"

So you're 35.... if you started following hockey since the day of your birth. Which you didn't. Also, nobody young likes Jethro Tull or Kelly's Heroes.

That makes you and old, creepy guy that fights on the internet who talks about getting blue balls from fucking dogs and digging up his dead mother. Please tell me you are on medication for this?

  • I only brought up Jethro Tull song because it aprtly described the blueguys problem of being as thick as a brick.....seems that you also fit nicely into that mental category.....as far as age is concerned, by your stupid logic if I knew about something from the Civil War I must be 150 years old.....you should think before you open your mouth.....better yet remain silent because when you DO say something you remove all doubt.

  • you have been FOLLOWING hockey since 74. unless you were saying you only know about hockey history since 74 it means you've been FOLLOWING it since 74, i.e. actively watching it. you ARE old and i guarantee you can't prove otherwise. no one under 40 would use the phrase "nice try butthole!" other than an 8 year old. why do you think everyone is making fun of you and rating your comments down? maybe because you're pathetic, a liar, and a creepy dog fucker?

  • what difference does it make what age I am? Are you vying for "see how young+stupid I am award?" You suck and more importantly your stupid beloved hockey team (the Rangers) ALSO suck. Don't try + change the subject matter....it's not working!!

  • uh, i'm a pens fan, i just laughed at your "i'm trying to put someone in their place on the internet" and when i realized how old you were that just made your internet fighting that much more pathetic. you lied about your age, you called someone filthy and then made a joke about blue balls and dog fucking. you are a sad, old man trying to put someone else in their place because you have none yourself.

  • Hell yea brotha

  • hey storytellersunion-

how the hell do you know how old I am...are you a clairvoyent now? Either way you are obviously a long time suffering Rangers fan just like "blueball0889......sorry to see that.

  • It says in your profile you dumb fool. Not many young people are into Kelly's Heroes either. Sorry Gramps but you're pathetic and I'm a Penguins fan, not a Rangers fan. I would say, "get a life" but it's obviously too late for that. Have fun with your internet life and dying alone and all that fun stuff.

  • HAHAHAHAHAHAHA RICHARDr105 IS AN ISLANDERS FAN HAHAHAHAHAHAHA THE WORST FUCKIN TEAM IN HOCKEY HAHAHAHAHA have fun in Kansas city you last place peice of shit. hahaha and you talk shit about the rangers when was the last time the islanders won the cup let along got passed the first round of the playoffs hahahahahahaha This richard guy is fucking great
