Sssssooooooooooo... let's get this straight... with a virtually endless pool of life force and magic power... the capability to use healing spells and stuff... adding the fact that the damage these soldiers deal are pretty pathetic at this stage of the game... he SHOULD be able to handle it... IN THE GAME.... not on a realistic point of view, but, still... when was this whole game REALISTIC in the first place? Epic, yes, but kinda senseless.

@PassYouShall youd also have to play the original for the ps1, which is between this and advent, zach was pretty much clouds mentor in a way, aeris was a close friend to zach, they liked eachother, but he died before he could make a move, and its pretty much the same thing with aeris and cloud in ffvii, the whole stories wayy to long to put in the coment, but yeah, and tifa is a childhood friend to zach, sepheroth used to be a good guy in soldier but went crazy after he found out how he was made

@jebif Cloud had such severe Mako poisoning that it corrupted his memory and after hearing all off the stories about what Zack had done in Soldier and with Zack telling him to be his living legacy, he took it too far and believed those memories were his own.. that's why late in FF7 when Cloud has that major breakdown you piece together what exactly happened and he was never actually in Solider at all! ( Atleast that's what i remember )

Cloud enlisted with Shinra after leaving Nibelheim at 15, followed by his and Zach's capture and imprisonment in the mako capsule for 4 years. Cloud was 19 when Zach was killed, and 21 when he returned to Midgar 2 years later (where FFVII begins).

Zack fought and killed hundreds of Shinra troops before they finally managed to gun him down. His body took dozens of gunshot wounds, including to the head and he still remained alive and lucid enough to speak to Cloud, just before passing on with a smile.

Cloud was just an Infantry One hit Guy before. I prefer Zack, i did after playing FF7 on the PsOne, since u see him in some Cutscene (e.g. the hidden Cutscene in the Shinra Building Nibelheim on CD2, which shows exactly the ending of Final Fantasy 7 Crisis Core). For me, the ending of Crisis Core wasn´t a big surprice, since they showed it on FF7 already. But they made it such an "good" ending. Who didnt cry? Well i did, and im glad to say this since Games + Emotion = Best Games
