@filoxenidis -- he's talking about the rendering on this game. This game is rendered at 1920x1080 on PS3 and 1280x720 on the xbox. It makes a big difference on a tv screen.

You guys talking like there is a big difference. I tought it would be 20 fps for X360 when 60 fps for ps3 but, they are like 20 fps xbox, 25 fps ps3. They are both slow and it's developers fault. There are games with even more detailed graphics, and they run at 60 fps without any fps lag.

All i have to say is that me and my grandpa were big fans of Final Fantasy since Nintendo to Playstation 1-2 and some other j-rpgs. But this is bad. we decided we are not buying it at all. Not even FF14. To bad i feel really sad that Final Fantasy has gone away. This is not even a final fantasy. I don't even know what it is.

I guess i will keep on playing Skyrim.

I pre ordered this and got sarahs epic bow and a guide book. But I missed it so I have to go another day for my parents to take me. But my xbox is broken because of the yellow wire

So ps3 has slightly better frame rate during cutscene but during battle frame rate is 30 for both i can live with that

I think you'll find the PS3 version is 1080p native, and the xbox version is 720p native, like the last game. That makes this comparison even more interesting.

If the PS3 version was rendered at 720p, it would probably be around 40-45 fps average.

at least thats what all the fanboys say whenever a 360 game runs faster than the ps3 version lol. they say it was designed for 360 and didn't take advantage of ps3's power.

Well.. it is true. I'm not saying either console is superior, but, thats what happens when a developer chooses its lead console. The other port is generally not going to be as good. And I think this proves it. So, if you want to see what a console is best at, look at exclusives.

@Cryengine It's harder to port a game from Xbox 360 to PS3. It's easier when they port a game from PS3 to Xbox 360.
