  • Hi i sometimes go to GYM about 1 or 1 and a half hour and before every workout i will eat 3 or 4 spoons of oatmeal with raisins it them and here is the problem. What do i eat after workout? Reply please thank you!

  • i heard from a natural bodybuilder that doing chest and triceps is bad idear and back and biceps case you will over train your biceps and triceps,

    im doing chest and biceps monday, tuesday shoulders and triceps, wednesday legs, thursday back and chest is this good? this natural bodybuilder said thats a good workout plan, cause he won mr uneverse in 1982 and hes natural and realy muscly, but im not gaining any muscle, i know muscle building takes ages, but im not growing,

  • @mnoy91 there is no do only this when it comes to working out, i think your plan is a great idea but i would only do it for about a month and then switch it up so you don't hit a muscle building wall.   • Hi Scott & Sean. I like your videos so far but having just watched the first question here I can't say I necessarily agree.

    Circuit training is one of the hardest routines there is, which is why it's regularly used in martial arts training. Now, I'm no 'fitness trainer' (nor a beginner), but I've always felt circuit training (At least the circuits they put us through at kickboxing, for example) to be far tougher than a regular intense routine.

  • @qinmoy yes i agree too circuit training is harder than regular training because circuit training involves every muscle in your body but regular training is isolated training.   • It's in the scientific literature that arginine supplementation doesn't produce NO increases. NO is an extremely short lived molecule, so you can't even eat it. It disappears. I am really interested in knowing what is in this "proprietary blend." I don't take supplements...I don't trust the company not to put steroids in them so you get results and buy more product. There's no supplement regulation in the USA and 20% of them have been found to be impure or not what it says.

  • @jbreweriii if you have problems staying on a good nutrition plan all you have to do is keep pushing past your craving by two days at a time. So if you make it 3 days then next time push for 5 days and so on.   • Scott I"m 14 is it ok for me to lift in the 6-8 rep range for size? Will that damage my bones?

  • @srt8up4shot not to sound like a know it all, but I know this, NO :) start out with 10 - 15 reps, train light the first half year atleast, you will build muscles very fast the first year. meaning your muscless doubles the strenght in a month and your tendons doubles it strength in one year.

    So you should just go to the gym and som some light weight traning :)

  • @srt8up4shot im 16, and ive been doing 10-16 rep range... my dad used to be a personal trainer and he says that at our age its very easy to damage bones, joints etc... but i would go with a little bit lighter weight

  • @ThePimpGeek every single machine has a manual on it unless it's a machine that you or one of your friends made haha. There are directions and scott has a ton of vids up for beginners and I am editing mine as I type.

  • Thanks guys. I'm going to try out that N.O Explode. I've been hearing about it. Now that Scott says he uses it in lieu of caffein products I'm going to give it a try. I just need a extra boost during my workout program.

  • to build up a huge chest should I work it out more than once a week? what would be the cap? I hear stories that its not ok to over work the muscles.

  • @TheUncutAngel well it depends on how your chest reacts but if your still sore and not on anything to keep you anabolic I'd just wait until it not sore. Presses and flies. Stick to the basics and don't stop pushing it.

  • @BOOMATHLETICS yeah my chest stops feeling sore almost the next day. it heals incredibly fast. But I'm told not to over work out. Is twice a week going to ruin things or is there no limits, or what. I'm really confused..

  • if the guy from the last question wants to get more definitions the simple answer is

    just be a little more strict on your diet (without cutting essential nutrients) and do more cardio, is just that little extra fat what is not letting him see those definitions and if you already have a low body fac percentage then just keep working out eventually you will get that desired definition.

  • my metabolic chemistry is abit rusty but isn't Creatine a waste product from protien synthesis in muscles? so your just drinking a drink full of what your body already said it didnt want...?
