Circuit training is one of the hardest routines there is, which is why it's regularly used in martial arts training. Now, I'm no 'fitness trainer' (nor a beginner), but I've always felt circuit training (At least the circuits they put us through at kickboxing, for example) to be far tougher than a regular intense routine.
@qinmoy yes i agree too circuit training is harder than regular training because circuit training involves every muscle in your body but regular training is isolated training. It's in the scientific literature that arginine supplementation doesn't produce NO increases. NO is an extremely short lived molecule, so you can't even eat it. It disappears. I am really interested in knowing what is in this "proprietary blend." I don't take supplements...I don't trust the company not to put steroids in them so you get results and buy more product. There's no supplement regulation in the USA and 20% of them have been found to be impure or not what it says.

@jbreweriii if you have problems staying on a good nutrition plan all you have to do is keep pushing past your craving by two days at a time. So if you make it 3 days then next time push for 5 days and so on. @srt8up4shot not to sound like a know it all, but I know this, NO :) start out with 10 - 15 reps, train light the first half year atleast, you will build muscles very fast the first year. meaning your muscless doubles the strenght in a month and your tendons doubles it strength in one year.
So you should just go to the gym and som some light weight traning :)

@ThePimpGeek every single machine has a manual on it unless it's a machine that you or one of your friends made haha. There are directions and scott has a ton of vids up for beginners and I am editing mine as I type.

just be a little more strict on your diet (without cutting essential nutrients) and do more cardio, is just that little extra fat what is not letting him see those definitions and if you already have a low body fac percentage then just keep working out eventually you will get that desired definition.
my metabolic chemistry is abit rusty but isn't Creatine a waste product from protien synthesis in muscles? so your just drinking a drink full of what your body already said it didnt want...?
